I am a paying member of this site and believe that not being informed of any issues is unacceptable. I have always maintained respect and have not engaged in any improper behavior. Hello, my name is Vivian Jones. I am having an issue with the site. I paid $59.94 and was chatting with different guys. However, when I tried to access the site on Wednesday and Thursday, it said my account was canceled. I couldn't see any messages and changing my password didn't help. Even logging out and back in didn't solve the problem. I checked my account where I made the payment of $59.94, and the money was deducted, but I still can't access the site. I am having issues accessing blackpeoplemeet.com to verify my account. I am unable to progress past the verification screen that requires my phone number to receive a code. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any code. This problem arose after signing up for a paid subscription. I urge everyone to avoid using Black People Meet, OurTime.com, BlackChristianPeopleMeet.com, or BlackSeniorMeet.com and sharing your credit card details. They have ongoing billing issues, unresponsive customer service, and technical glitches on their dating platforms. Despite sending numerous emails, you may receive delayed and repetitive responses promising to address the matter within 48 hours. These sites were once reputable for dating, but now their systems seem faulty with potential fake profiles and automatic flirts being sent without your consent. Since joining in early February [redacted], I've encountered constant system errors and lack of support. Despite requesting refunds for the last three months, they claim they can't locate my account even after providing all required details. Their excuse of not finding my account to avoid issuing a refund is unacceptable. I've taken the step to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am unable to access my Yahoo account because I have changed carriers and no longer have the phone number associated with it. Consequently, I cannot view or manage my BlackPeopleMeet account. I kindly request for your assistance in transferring all the contents from my current account, [redacted], to my primary Yahoo account, [redacted] I understand that I may need further help with resetting the password after the transfer is complete, but I should be able to access my account once it is switched to [redacted] Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

I am experiencing difficulty renewing my subscription using a Vanilla Visa Gift Card, which has been my payment method for years. Despite successful renewals in the past, I am encountering issues this time. Customer service for the card suggested reaching out to the merchant, but I am unable to find a way to contact them for assistance. I am unable to view the photos of men interested in me even though I have Elite status. The faces are grayed out, and my card was charged three days ago. I cannot access the site. Please issue a credit for each day I cannot use the service. I paid for Elite Status, and I should have full access to all content on BLK. I do not have an email address. I recently renewed my subscription with Black People Meet, but despite sending over ten emails regarding my account access issue, I have not received any assistance. I renewed my subscription many days ago, but I am still unable to log in. The screen prompts me for account verification through my phone number, but when I try, it states that my number is not recognized, advising me to contact customer support. I suspect my account has been hacked, given the unusual behavior. Despite reaching out to organizations for support, I have not received a helpful response. As a paying customer, I am disappointed and upset by their lack of care and support. I recently renewed my subscription but have been unable to access my account. When attempting to log in, the system requires phone number verification, but it does not recognize my phone number. This leads me to believe my account may have been compromised without my knowledge. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have not received helpful support. Although I did receive a receipt confirming the subscription renewal, I am frustrated by the lack of access and assistance from customer support. I regret renewing my account and will continue to seek resolution until this issue is addressed properly. I expect better service after making a payment for my subscription.

I enrolled my widowed cousin in BPM, but she provided the wrong email address, causing some confusion. Despite my efforts to correct it through multiple emails, the issue remains unresolved. The response I received included unnecessary questions, and when I answered all of them as requested, I was informed that someone else would handle it. I am disappointed with the service as I am a paying customer. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to cancel both my account and my cousin's. I feel frustrated and passed around in seeking a solution.

Furthermore, they are not verifying my phone number, the only one I have ever had. I haven't used your service in three months. I've unsubscribed from the program multiple times, yet money continues to be debited from my account. I no longer receive emails from the website. Please, stop deducting money from my account. I'm requesting a refund of $[redacted].91. If I don't receive the refund, I will report this as fraud to my bank. Your lack of a customer service phone number makes it difficult to contact anyone.
