My name is Sophia Curry, also known as "Hot Black Jew" on BlackPeopleMeet.com (BPM). I joined BPM looking for male companionship. Another member, "Coolmister6," asked for a "Key Code" to chat. I gave it, thinking it was needed to talk. When I declined to move offsite, he sent over [redacted] inappropriate messages from my account. This led to men seeing me in a negative light, which is not true to who I am. I'm unsure of the breach's extent but need BPM to provide me with "Coolmister6's" details to protect myself. I'm seeking a "Restraining Order" to prevent any harm or character assault. I urge BPM to cooperate in stopping such behavior to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all users. Hello, this is Ashante Hunter. I am extremely frustrated because even though I cancelled my subscription two to three months ago, $16.75 continues to be deducted from my account. I have screenshots of my previous emails requesting the cancellation and deactivation of my account. I have abided by all the instructions provided as there is no customer service number available for me to call. Please stop this subscription and issue me a refund promptly. The continual deduction of $16.75 is causing a negative balance in my account, which leads to extra charges. I am requesting a refund of $50 from BlackPeopleMeet. I canceled my subscription with them last month, but kept receiving messages. When I went online to ensure my information was removed, they charged my account $50 for a year's subscription without my consent. I am frustrated and want my money back. I have no intention of using their website again after canceling last month. They need to refund the charge they made to my credit card. Suspicious activity includes unauthorized flirts and messages being sent from my account, requesting email addresses under the guise of sharing personal information. Following a request for my email address, I received an unexpected security alert from Yahoo about a new email setup, which was then linked to the breach of my Blackpeoplemeet account/profile. These unsettling events involve the unauthorized individual sending multiple messages daily, falsely identifying me as Barbara and soliciting email addresses. I urgently request the deactivation of my account to prevent further misuse and restore my sense of security.

I called your online number and was connected to an individual of Asian descent who was quite impolite. He claimed I signed up for a weekly service at $19.99 for 52 weeks, but I had actually opted for a one-month service at the same price without automatic withdrawals. He insisted on a $[redacted] payment to cancel the account. It seems like there may be hackers involved in providing your online phone service since it contradicts the information that you do not offer customer service via phone. This lack of customer support is concerning. After being a sporadic user of your site for 11 years, I never realized how unreliable and risky your operations could be. It's disappointing and disrespectful to your customers.

I have previously reached out to Black People Meet via email twice with no response. When I renewed my subscription, I chose the 9.99 monthly plan for 3 months, but I was billed 54. something. As an existing member, I should not be charged the new member rate.
Additionally, your system is not very intuitive. I do not want my membership to renew automatically each month. I have attempted to disable this feature in my account settings, but I cannot adjust it. Can you please assist me with this?
I am striving to remain courteous, but it is challenging when my concerns are disregarded.

After two weeks, I decided this was not right for me. I went in and deleted all my photos and information, hid my profile, and double-checked to ensure there was no automatic renewal on my subscription. Despite trying to remove my account, I was unable to do so. I was hoping that since there was no renewal, it would expire. However, today I was charged. I have not been on this site for weeks. I want a refund back to my card. I never use automatic charges on anything, yet somehow it happened here, which is strange to me. I would like someone to email me to resolve this issue ASAP. Sensing inconsistencies, I refrained from sending any funds. He mentioned financial struggles for food and phone bills, insisting on money transfers. Suspiciously, a white man was observed near my home, potentially related to this person. He provided a bank account number for deposits but was met with refusal due to ongoing deception. Please be cautious of such fraudulent individuals. He also sought my business account details for alleged money transfers, which I declined, urging him to establish his own account. His image featured the initials NBIM or NIBM alongside a phone number urging text messages. Concerned for my safety, I have deactivated my profile and intend to report this to the authorities promptly. Stay vigilant, and I advise fellow users to exercise caution.

I forgot my password and went through the process to reset it. However, after entering the new password, I was stuck in a loop where I had to re-enter and confirm it multiple times, only to encounter an "Error [redacted] access denied" message. I joined BlackPeopleMeet.com on 08/17/[redacted] after receiving an email offering a special discounted rate of $3.33 per month, so I signed up for the 6-month option for $19.98. Upon using my debit card, I received two receipts after hitting the print option. The first receipt displayed $19.19, and the second one showed $19.98. Upon checking my online account, I noticed that BlackPeopleMeet.com had already charged my account for both amounts. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I only receive a voicemail stating that no support agents are available and the call gets disconnected.

I received an email regarding a person named Mr. Kisses, also known as James Miller. Thank you for the information as I have already blocked him from contacting me. Initially, I found him to be nice, but it turned out he has two sides like "Mr. Jekyll & Dr. Hyde." Unfortunately, I fell for his lies and even helped him with money for groceries and gas. Despite trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, he turned out to be rude and lacking respect, behaving like a victim. I appreciate the warning about his deceitful behavior. He falsely claimed to be relocating to Tampa, Florida, when he was actually in Dallas, Texas, and later said he was in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I'm relieved I didn't fly to meet him due to numerous red flags. I aim to be helpful, especially in challenging times, but I don't need such negativity in my life.
