I purchased some BTC on the exchange. After completing the transaction, I expected the funds to reflect in my BISQ wallet, linked to the BTC Address in the software. I can see the transactions in the Portfolio tab, marked as complete, but the funds are not visible in my BISQ wallet. I believed I followed the process correctly, but as they do not show up, I must have missed something. I am uncertain of the whereabouts of the BTC and if there is a way to transfer them to my wallet. I am contemplating if it is possible to reverse the transaction now that it's completed to have them in my BISQ wallet. Can someone guide me on how to retrieve my BTC, or has it disappeared permanently? Being inexperienced, I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
