I was charged for a ride that didn't work out as planned. On December 5th, [redacted], at 8:50 a.m., I tried to start a group ride for three people. Unfortunately, two of the scooters had technical issues and wouldn't work properly, causing the ride to keep getting canceled. Despite not being able to ride at all, I noticed my card was charged multiple times, $20 per transaction, within minutes. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this issue with my transactions.

I have a query regarding your service. Today, at the University of Florida campus, I utilized a Bird scooter based on the parking information from your application. Despite having no internet or Bluetooth connectivity problems, I encountered issues when trying to end the ride in a designated parking area. When attempting to finalize my ride in a parking spot, I received an error message preventing me from doing so. Even after placing the scooter in the correct parking zone, an error message about being in a non-parking area kept popping up. This situation caused me to run late for my commitments, forcing me to relocate the scooter outside the campus and walk back to my intended destination. Due to the time spent resolving these technicalities, my expenses escalated as a result of multiple unsuccessful attempts at parking and moving the scooter. I would appreciate a refund of the $36.03 I spent today if this issue is not due to my error. Thank you, David.

I have a query about the service provided. Today, I used a Bird scooter on the University of Florida campus. Even though the campus is designated as a 'no parking zone', there are several parking spots known as "nests" on campus where Bird scooters can be parked according to your app.
However, when I attempted to end my ride in one of these parking spots, I encountered errors. Despite having a stable internet and Bluetooth connection, the app displayed error messages when I tried to complete my ride in the parking spot.
After struggling with these issues, I ended up running late for my schedule. I had to relocate the scooter outside of the campus and walk back to my intended destination due to the app malfunction. This resulted in increased costs as I made multiple attempts to park at different locations.
Due to the inconvenience caused, I request a refund of the $36.03 paid for the service today.

My 14-year-old son rented two scooters a few days ago but was incorrectly charged more than the authorized fee of $5 per scooter. His account was charged $50 twice while the scooters were paused. Despite reaching out to customer service representatives Maya and Ken, the issue was not resolved. Even when my son sought assistance and left the scooters, he was still charged $[redacted]. Currently, the Bird App shows a negative balance of -$45 as the second $50 charge couldn't go through due to insufficient funds, leaving him with a $45 debt. We are unable to remove the payment method on the app and have requested our bank to reverse the initial charge of $50 and block any future payments to Bird. The poor customer service experience has been disappointing, and we hope to resolve this matter promptly to continue using Bird in the future. Thank you, Perrie X.

I brought a scooter back to my Airbnb in Florence, Italy, only to be informed by the app that it was a no-parking zone. Despite being within 1.5km of my Airbnb, the map showed the entire Florence area as a no-parking zone. When attempting to change locations, the app crashed multiple times. When the app finally responded, it displayed several nearby scooters available for use. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to park my scooter due to the continued no-parking status, despite observing other scooters parked in a blue area. I had to leave the scooter nearby as I couldn't find a suitable parking spot, even though other scooters were parked nearby. I am requesting a refund due to this inconvenience. Thank you. On 09/08/[redacted], I used a scooter for my 27th birthday after buying a $12.99 24-hour pass. The scooter malfunctioned by not turning off when I needed to pause. Unfortunately, while inside a bar, my second cell phone and the scooter got stolen. Now, I've been billed $[redacted] for passes I didn't authorize. I've tried calling for help, but it has been challenging. One employee mentioned offering an $89 credit, but I prefer a full refund rather than credit as I won't be using this service again due to the incident. I initially only paid $12.99 for the pass. I'm disheartened by the additional charges. It's unreasonable to pay $[redacted] for a scooter when you can rent a car for less. Please contact me at [redacted]. I was charged for renting scooters even though they are not available during the winter in Idaho. I am requesting a full refund to my card promptly. In addition, some complimentary scooter rides would be appreciated for the inconvenience caused. My finances are tight, and every penny is carefully managed to cover my expenses. This unexpected charge may result in late fees and insufficient fund charges, causing significant stress. I am dissatisfied with this situation and seek a resolution.

The scooter's constant slowing down in traffic has been a safety concern for me. Slowing to 8 miles per hour is not safe in traffic situations, which has made me late for work. The app not stopping the ride properly and the reversed brake levers have been challenging. The front brake being activated first is an unsafe design flaw. The scooters also struggle on hills due to power loss, which seems like a programming issue. The GPS should be able to distinguish between different areas, such as sidewalks, parks, and traffic. It's vital for the company to consider these safety issues more seriously to avoid any accidents or injuries.

During my last 5 rides, I couldn't stop the scooter while I was in a parking area. I picked up a scooter, and when a bus arrived, I tried to stop, but I was told it was impossible because I wasn't in a parking zone. I've been using your scooter for over 3 years, and this past year, I've had an issue on three occasions. I had to leave the scooters on because I couldn't move them to other parking spots.
I am requesting a refund for the last five uses. I have taken photos each time if you need proof.
