Subject: Issue with Test Results and Billing
Dear BioReference,
I am reaching out to address a concerning issue with recent blood test results obtained at your facility on 06-05-[redacted]. The PSA and 4K score results were significantly different from what was expected based on my medical history, leading to doubts about the accuracy of the tests conducted. Despite the A1C result being in line with my medical records, the PSA and 4K score results were alarmingly high and inconsistent with my health status.
I had the PSA redone at another lab, producing a more reasonable outcome, indicating a potential error in the tests carried out at BioReference. Therefore, I urge you to review and rectify the billing to Medicare for the tests in question, as I do not wish to be charged for inaccurate results. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter to avoid escalation to Medicare directly.
Kindly update me on the steps you will take to address this issue. Failure to do so may result in further action to ensure the accuracy of my medical records and billing practices.
