I am experiencing numerous dropouts with my NBN service, leaving me more disconnected than connected. This has put me in a dangerous situation, requiring repeated calls to emergency services, as my landline is unusable. Additionally, these dropouts are impacting my ability to access medical care as my internet disconnects frequently during sessions. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I am receiving and expect immediate resolution and compensation for the significant lack of service. My frustration with BigPond and Telstra NBN is growing, and if the situation does not improve, I will escalate my concerns to the appropriate authorities. As a customer, I should not have to deal with these issues and demand a timely and effective solution.

For the past decade, customers who order from our Water Fuel store at HydrogenGarage.com/store using bigpond.com email addresses have been impossible to reach. It seems that the individuals at bigpond.com have permanently blocked us. We assure you that we do not send spam. Can this issue be resolved?

I am having trouble accessing my website, deleeuw.com.au. When using Firefox, I receive a 'Secure Connection Failed' message with error code PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. On Microsoft Edge, I see a message stating that the connection was closed with error code ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED. I have confirmed that the site is accessible outside of BigPond and has passed a Google review. However, I suspect that BigPond may be blacklisting the site. How can I have it removed from the blacklist? Thank you, Paul.

I am currently abroad and unable to access my Bigpond email account due to a security code requirement. I am unable to receive the code via email or text, as I can't access my email without the code and I don't have roaming for text messages. Please provide me with a one-time code in your response or temporarily lift the security measure for the next five weeks until I return to Australia. I seem to be missing the folders I set up in my Bigpond email account. These folders hold significant information regarding a legal matter. I stored important emails in these folders to prevent them from being accidentally deleted. It is crucial for me to retrieve these folders promptly.
The problem revolves around email harassment, and these emails are evidence of the bullying I have endured. Additionally, there were photos and other vital information stored in these folders that I do not want to lose. Your assistance in restoring these missing folders would be highly appreciated.
