I made a purchase on November 3, [redacted], on the BH Cosmetics website, expecting to use a 20% first order discount. After contacting their Customer Service to cancel and reorder with additional items, I received a response stating they don’t accept canceled orders due to quick processing. Although their website doesn't mention this policy, my order is still "processing" two days later. Despite trying to reach them during business hours, I couldn’t get through. This is my first time buying from BH Cosmetics, and the experience has been disappointing. I intended to make more purchases and become a loyal customer, but their handling of my order and customer service have made me hesitant. This is my first time ordering from BH Cosmetics, and I'm concerned about their inability to cancel orders before shipment.
