What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Bhcosmetics.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. However, please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as cosmetics, skincare, and brushes cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange as per your preference. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
