I purchased an AMC service package with DSK Benelli in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India in January [redacted]. This is my 6th service under the premium package. Due to changes in the dealership, DSK Benelli closed and a new dealer took over. However, the new service center is unaware of servicing AMC packages. After contacting them, they requested an email on the matter, which I sent in March [redacted], but have not received a response yet. Despite attempting to resolve the issue directly with the service station, I have not received a proper reply or solution. This lack of feedback from top management and the service provider has left a negative impression of Benelli India. I need to have my service completed within a week and would like guidance on the necessary steps to proceed.

I bought a Vinci shotgun and carefully maintained it for a year, always cleaning and storing it properly. However, I noticed pitting on the barrel starting at the end of the first year, which worsened in the second year. Currently, most of the bluing has disappeared. I have purchased 10 Bennelli shotguns in the past and encountered pitting in some of them, but I could always manage it with cleaning and oiling. The amount of pitting on this Vinci is excessive, and I believe the barrel may need to be replaced.
