Ben & Jerry's Customer Service Issues

I have been looking for the New York Superfudge Chunk ice cream flavor at grocery stores near me in West Haven, CT, like Krauser’s and Rite Aid. Unfortunately, Rite Aid doesn't always have it in stock. I bought it twice from Krauszer’s recently and both times, I had to throw it out. At $6.50 per pint, wasting $13 is frustrating. The texture seems off, like it melted and refroze, leading to an unpleasant freezer-burn taste. It's not creamy at all - simply disgusting. Considering the high price, the inconvenience of relying on someone else for transportation, and the inability to return the product easily, I am so disappointed that I'm considering not buying it again.

I envision a parve, sugar-free, healthy dessert named "The Holy Fruits of Israel" or "Holyland Fruits" made with dates, figs for sweetness, and sabras for creaminess like coconut cream or banana. Today, on Saturday, August 15, I had an unusual experience with my favorite ice cream, Cherry Garcia. I have been a long-time fan of this flavor, but when I opened the pint my husband bought me yesterday, I was surprised. The ice cream tasted like banana instead of cherry, the chocolate pieces were large and unbroken, and there were no cherries in sight. I know mistakes happen, but this deviation from the usual flavor is so extreme I prefer not to eat it to avoid any health issues. I have been searching tirelessly in the Bethesda and Rockville area in Maryland for the blue carton of Ben and Jerry's light ice cream without any luck. Despite checking various stores like Giant, Safeway, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, and even a Ben and Jerry's store, I cannot find it. I stocked up at the beginning of summer and have been savoring the last few pints, but I am now struggling to find a replacement that matches the deliciousness of the light Cherry Garcia. After reaching out in September and being told that manufacturing is still ongoing, I patiently waited for the blue cartons to restock. However, after several months of searching in vain, I am now considering the possibility of ordering a larger quantity directly from you and having it shipped to me or sent to the Ben and Jerry's store in Rockville MD for pickup. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated as I am experiencing serious withdrawal symptoms from not having my favorite ice cream flavor.

I bought a container of chocolate caramel cookie dough ice cream, but it didn't have any cookie dough in it, just chocolate and caramel. Even though I don't usually buy Ben & Jerry's, I wanted to try this flavor. I was really disappointed when it didn't have any cookie dough. I would appreciate a replacement or refund.
