To whom it may concern, I am a loyal and long-time customer of BB&Beyond, but I must express my disappointment in the recent decision to silence Mike Lindell of My Pillow. As a journalist and independent voter, I believe in the freedom of speech and the right for all Americans to express their opinions without fear of corporate censorship. It is disheartening to see a company profit from Mr. Lindell for years only to publicly distance themselves from him due to political pressure. This not only alienates supporters of Trump but also those like me who value free speech and oppose discriminatory practices. Please forward this message to the corporate executives for their awareness. Thank you. D.D. Journalist/Author/Syndicated Columnist

I have been a long-time customer of your stores, but my wife recently mentioned she will be shopping elsewhere. I am puzzled as to why. It is disappointing to see a company I have supported for so long getting involved in politics and potentially alienating many customers. As a result, my wife and I will no longer be shopping at your stores. It seems risky to mix business with political views, especially considering the challenges many brick-and-mortar retailers are facing. Insulting customers is not a sustainable strategy for success. I hope you reconsider this approach and focus on serving all customers regardless of their beliefs. Best of luck, but I am afraid you might lose revenue from customers like us if you continue down this path. It will take time for you to regain trust. Stay neutral and avoid these controversies to maintain a loyal customer base in the long run.

I enjoy shopping at your store, but I have decided not to continue due to your ban on selling My Pillow products. I disagree with the cancel culture targeting businesses over political opinions. While I may not know Mike Lindel or use his products, I strongly believe in the right to free speech and earning a living through selling products. In the USA, we value freedom of speech, and I advocate for maintaining this right for all, regardless of agreement. I shop at your store for the products, not the politics. Please reconsider your stance, be fair to all, and focus on offering excellent products. I look forward to supporting your business again if this changes. Sincerely, A.G.

I have been a loyal customer of your Camp Hill, PA store for many years. The store employees have always been incredibly helpful, occasionally even providing us with coupons we may have forgotten. Looking around my kitchen and dining room, I realize that many of our home furnishings were purchased at BBB. However, my husband and I are deeply disappointed in your company's recent decision to control free speech. Regardless of Mike Lindell's views, as an American, he should have the right to express them. In this case, it seems your company is in the wrong, not Mike. There is substantial evidence that this election was fraudulent. Instead of relying on biased sources, perhaps if you had investigated further, you would see the truth. I am not a paid individual, but a genuine customer who will no longer support your store. My family and I now have something in common with the so-called "useful idiots" you prioritize over informed customers - we will no longer shop at your stores. Remember, being misinformed is bad, but being uninformed is even worse.

I recently ordered two tablecloths online, which have been delivered. In light of recent controversies with Mike Lindell's My Pillow and concerns about the financial status of BB&B, I have decided to no longer make purchases from your company until you begin selling My Pillows again. I prefer not to support businesses with left-leaning stances. Therefore, I will be boycotting your products, and my family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors who share similar political beliefs will also be joining the boycott. I anticipate hearing about your company's struggles in the news. While I respect your decision to stop selling Mike's products, I also reserve the right to express my opinion through this boycott.

I am looking into the possibility of returning my unused gift cards for cash, totaling $[redacted]. I prefer not to support your store due to recent actions. I would appreciate focusing on the return rather than discussing political views. It is disappointing to see American-made products being removed while foreign-made items are sold. Encouraging headlines about selling exclusively American products could bring positive attention. Despite the higher cost, many would prefer purchasing American-made goods. My aim is to inquire about cashing out my gift cards.

Subject: Deeply Disappointed - Deciding to Stop Shopping Here I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I'm now joining others in cutting up my cards and boycotting your stores. I'm upset that you've chosen to no longer carry Mike Lindell's My Pillow products. I believe in his right to express his opinions, even if they differ from mine. By doing this, you're affecting American workers and our economy. Will you now replace these products with those made in China? Will you continue hurting American workers and lose your American identity as a company? I wanted to let you know why many are choosing to no longer support your store. Extremely disappointed in a place I used to frequent often. C.S. Prescott, AZ

Dear BBB Customer Relations, I am extremely disappointed with your store for removing "My Pillow" from your shelves. Your corporate decision has upset many loyal customers like myself. I find it troubling that you have involved yourself in a political debate and associated a quality product with your own political beliefs. This action not only loses me as a customer but also many others who believe that businesses should stay out of politics and support inclusivity, diversity, freedom of speech, and equality for all, including minorities like myself. I will no longer purchase products from your store as there are plenty of other retailers (both online and in-store) that make sensible decisions. Many of my friends share my dismay over your decision, and a significant number of Americans are also choosing not to support your store anymore. Thank you for being my go-to choice until this decision, but now it is time to say goodbye. Sincerely, Merry

Dear BBB, My spouse and I have been loyal patrons of your Auburn Hills store on Baldwin Road for many years. We have always appreciated the helpfulness of your store employees, who have assisted us with coupons and provided excellent service. Reflecting on our home, we realize that much of our furniture is from BBB. However, we are disappointed in your recent actions attempting to control free speech, particularly in regard to the sale of My Pillow products. Despite any disagreements with Mike Lindell's viewpoints, we believe in the freedom of expression for all Americans. It is concerning that your company chose to stop selling these products without thoroughly researching the election controversies. As a now former customer, I must express my dissatisfaction with these decisions. It is disheartening to witness a disregard for differing opinions and facts. We join others in our decision to no longer support your stores, as we value being well-informed and standing up for our beliefs. Sincerely, Gary and Karen Sandy

I wanted to inform your company that I have decided to stop shopping at your store due to your association with cancel culture politics related to My Pillow. I am concerned about the potential influence future political trends could have on your product offerings. It is disappointing because I used to be a regular shopper at your store. I refuse to be dictated to by current or future cancel culture ideologies. As an American, I cherish my freedoms and will not allow them to be compromised by any external forces, including political whims.

As a long-time Bed Bath and Beyond customer, I am disappointed to announce that I will no longer be supporting them. The decision to remove a pillow from their product lineup due to a connection with Mike Lindell and the January 6 Capitol riot is concerning. I believe it is unfair for companies to take such actions based on incomplete investigations. The timeline of events and evidence suggesting preplanning raise doubts about any alleged incitement. The involvement of agitators and misdirection further complicate the situation. With the investigation ongoing and evidence still emerging, it is unsettling that Bed Bath and Beyond has already made a judgment. I will be encouraging others to be wary of businesses engaging in political bias.

Dear Customer Support, I am a frequent shopper at your stores. Recently, I learned that you have stopped selling My Pillow products by Mike Lindell. I have been buying these pillows at my local store for years, so I would like to verify if this information is accurate. I have a few of these pillows that I bought from your store and I even noticed them at my local store recently. If this change is indeed true, it would be very disappointing for me, and I won't be able to continue shopping at your stores until this decision is reversed. It's important for me, as well as others, to believe in the integrity of our election process. Mike has advocated for the principle that every lawful vote counts, which is a belief I share. Can you please confirm if you have discontinued Mike Lindell's products? The issue of Cancel Culture is significant, and we should all take it seriously as nobody wants to be on the receiving end of it. If you have indeed stopped selling Mike Lindell's products, it will have a noticeable impact on your stores. Despite my enjoyment of shopping at your stores, I cannot support a business that restricts free speech. Please keep me informed about this situation. Thank you, K. Dills

I recently learned that you decided to discontinue selling Mike Lindell's My Pillow products in your store. You made this decision due to his political beliefs, which he expresses after extensive research. These American-made products are of high quality and support American workers. It's disappointing that you confused your role as a retailer with being a political censor infringing on free speech rights, protected by the First Amendment. Mike Lindell is a respected individual. Unfortunately, your store losing my business permanently will be a consequence of your political stance. I've been a loyal customer, but I will no longer support your store. I'm also influencing others to follow suit - my family members, neighbors, and acquaintances. Cancel culture works both ways, and in this case, your store is the one being canceled. Goodbye.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the shopping experiences I've had at your stores throughout the years. My family has been loyal customers at Bed Bath & Beyond, spending a substantial amount of money. However, I am disappointed by your recent decision to stop carrying My Pillow products. This move seems political, and it has made me reconsider supporting your business. I plan to recommend other options to my loved ones. With over 70 million Americans backing My Pillow, your choice shows a lack of consideration for a large customer base. I value companies that prioritize product quality and customer service over politics. Shopping has always been an escape from the stresses of the world for me. It's disheartening when businesses bring politics into that space. I hope you will rethink your stance. While I would like to return to shopping at your stores, I cannot endorse a company that mixes business with partisan viewpoints. It's best for big companies to focus on what they do best and steer clear of political involvement to earn customers' respect.

I was disappointed to learn that Bed Bath & Beyond is no longer carrying Mike Lindell's products. I have been shopping there for years, especially during the holiday season, and have always found his products to be excellent. I admire Lindell for his honesty and willingness to stand up against media misinformation. As a fellow conservative, I find this cancel culture troubling. I believe in respecting diverse opinions and being open-minded. Despite the portrayal of conservatives in the media, I consider myself a tolerant and compassionate individual. I will not support Bed Bath & Beyond or other stores participating in this damaging trend. It is disheartening to see companies discriminating against those with conservative beliefs and jeopardizing someone's business over their political stance.

Opting to proceed with the re-order, I received an email mentioning an "unlabeled" item without any further details. It's disappointing to see the decision to boycott Mike Lindell's My Pillow products based on political views. Remember the Goya boycott and its impact on sales? Consumers can still support Lindell by ordering directly from his website. Reports show his business is thriving despite the boycott. Politics aside, the divisive language used here may not be helpful. In a democratic society, differing opinions should be respected. Let's aim for constructive dialogue rather than division.

I was about to place an order with you when I remembered that you removed My Pillow, Mike Lindell, from your offerings. Your mission statement promotes equality and diversity, but it seems that you gave in to pressure from the "woke" social justice warriors, making you appear hypocritical. Have you watched "Absolute Proof"? It might change your perspective. Why should someone's political beliefs affect the products they create? I don't make frequent purchases from you, but when I do, they are significant. Remember the saying, "get woke, go broke"? You have upset around 80 million consumers, who hold the purchasing power, not those online activists. Many of us will boycott your products from now on. Look at what happened to the stock prices of Twitter and other "woke" companies like Coke and Dick's Sporting Goods. Don't forget how they targeted the stage design company at CPAC. Recall what happened with Goya Foods? Liberals went after them, and those with the spending power bought them out, making the company and its employees prosperous. Consider this for your shareholders: focus on selling products and steer clear of politics.

During our visit to your Metro Town Centre, my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting one of your salespersons, Nina Fitter. She was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our shopping experience. Nina's calm and collected attitude, especially under pressure, was commendable. She greeted us with a warm smile and a great sense of humor, which truly brightened our day. We have since recommended your store to our family and friends due to the excellent service provided by Nina. Wishing her all the best for a successful future. Best regards, Nizar
