I have been using Bauer skates for three years now, specifically the Bauer Vapor [redacted] and the 1X models. Lately, I have been experiencing pain in my lower leg near my foot, which I suspect might be lace bite. I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue while using Bauer Vapor skates or any other Bauer models. I have noticed that the tongue of the skate tends to bend inwards, causing discomfort and swelling in my ankles, leading me to take a break from hockey. I am unsure if this is due to the design of the tongue or maybe my skating technique. Even when I tried the 1X Vapor skates, I faced similar discomfort due to the tongue bending inwards. Despite this issue, I still appreciate Bauer skates and would like to continue using them.

Hello, I purchased a pair of Bauer vapor skates for my son around mid-February [redacted]. He used them for the remainder of that month and for March. Recently, when I went to sharpen them for this season, I noticed a crack in the plastic piece holding the blade in place. This is unusual as my son isn't rough on his equipment, being only 8 years old. Typically, we buy cheaper skates from Canadian Tire, so this is the first pricier pair we've bought, and I'm surprised by the issue. I'm hoping you can assist in resolving this. Would it be possible to send out a replacement pair instead of having to send these for repair? I prefer not to send them away as my son needs them immediately, and buying a new pair would be the quicker solution. I purchased a pair of Bauer Vapor skates for my son in February of [redacted]. He used them only for February and March before his season ended. We didn't use them over the summer. I recently found that one of the skates has a cracked plastic part that holds the blade, making the blade loose. We don't live near a repair shop, so I would appreciate it if you could send a new pair. If we have to send them for repair, we will need a new pair right away. This is the first time we invested in a quality pair of skates for my 8-year-old son, usually buying cheaper ones. I have always trusted Bauer for its good quality, so this issue surprised me.

I own a pair of Bauer Ultrasonic skates and I am very pleased with them. Finding a well-fitting skate has always been a challenge for me. I was hesitant about purchasing Trues until I tried on the Ultrasonics, which ended up saving me some money. I got the skates last June, but due to the pandemic and my college commitments, they have had minimal use and have never been used in a game.
Recently, the top of the left skate unexpectedly deteriorated at a practice, with the eyelet and stitching coming loose. Despite visiting various hockey and shoe repair stores, nobody has been able to fix the tear in the leather. I expected these high-end skates to last me for years, considering their price. With games approaching for the club season, I am at a loss as to how to resolve this issue and am struggling to find a solution.

My son bought a Bauer Hyper Lite hockey stick in January, but 3 weeks later it broke while he was casually shooting around. Pure Hockey in Monroeville, PA, was kind enough to replace it. However, just 6 weeks later, the replacement stick also broke under the same circumstances. Pure Hockey advised that they couldn't do anything further and mentioned there have been other similar issues with that stick. Considering we aren't even deep into the season, I expected the stick to last longer than 6 weeks. We have all the receipts as proof of purchase and are looking for either a refund or a replacement. Subject: Disappointing Quality of Agent Brand Hockey Sticks
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of Agent brand hockey sticks that my son Marko, a u15 AAA hockey player from Winnipeg, MB, Canada, has been using. We have been loyal customers of your brand for some time.
Marko loves the performance of your Agent stick; however, I am frustrated with the quality. We have had to replace three sticks this season, each breaking shortly after the 30-day warranty provided by Hockey Life. Two broke above the blade when struck by a puck, and the third has a cracked blade at only 45 days old.
Given the cost, I expected a longer lifespan from the sticks. One break would have been understandable, but three within six months is disappointing, especially since two broke in the same place. My current medical situation has strained our budget, making it unacceptable to spend over $[redacted] on easily broken sticks.
I urge you to take my feedback seriously and enhance the quality of your Agent brand sticks, as we have been loyal customers and this experience has left us dismayed.
