Bauer offers a hassle-free return policy for online purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most products within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and labels. However, personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
