I am uncertain about the account number for my prepaid card ending in [redacted]. During my previous employment, I was instructed to open a BPI account. I received two cards, a red debit card for my salary and a gold card for online transactions. I haven't used the gold card as I am unsure of its purpose. My colleagues do not believe it's necessary. I want to use it now but can't enroll it in online banking as I don't have the account number, which I misplaced. I've researched it but found no solution. I read that I should visit an ATM to obtain my details, but I prefer some guidance. Thank you for any help.

I am reaching out to address an issue I encountered with a fund transfer from my savings account to GCash. The transfer took place on March 31, [redacted], around 8 p.m., and though I received a confirmation email, the funds have not yet been credited to my GCash account. It is crucial that this matter be resolved promptly as the money is intended for medical purposes.

I fell behind on my BPI Credit Card (Gold) payments, and now MC Ramiro and Associates are handling my case until September [redacted]. However, I was contacted by SP Madrid and Associates of Davao asking to discuss my payments. Can another agency like SP Madrid take over while I'm still under contract with MC Ramiro and Associates?

Last Friday, on September 1, [redacted], around 4:30 pm (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada time), I transferred [redacted] pesos to my GCash account through the mobile app. The app confirmed the transfer was successful, but I have not received the amount in my mobile wallet. I emailed BPI using the address on their website, but have not been able to reach a customer service representative. I received only automated emails directing me to other channels. I have screenshots of the confirmation for the transaction. I would like the balance to be returned to my BPI account or sent to my GCash mobile account. The confirmation number for the transaction is [redacted][redacted]. I hope for a resolution to my issue soon. Thank you.
