Good morning. I want to address my loan payment seriously. Due to challenges after the hurricanes in Tortola, my vehicle is not usable. As a retired nurse with foot problems, I've faced damaged property and mold issues. I've been proactive in repaying my secured loan on time, following a break given. I appreciate the help of Mrs. Donna Brown Edwards from STX, who is retiring and referred me to Mr. Calvin 'Bosie' Todman in Tortola or Mr. Brown in STT. I recently missed the December [redacted] payment unintentionally, putting me behind because of hospitalization for cellulitis in my foot. Despite informing Mr. Todman of my health and financial struggles, an unpleasant call from Miss Ramon pushed me more. I don't feel her approach was understanding of my situation involving waiting for government funds. Though a recent withdrawal from my account was needed, receiving a notification would have been considerate. Due to my ongoing hospital stay and financial constraints, I prefer to work with Mr. Calvin Todman in Tortola branch exclusively, seeking assistance in paying the remaining amount and resolving the issue until April 1st. My family, consisting of my two brothers and myself, is eagerly awaiting the release of our parents' inheritance money held at Banco Popular in Puerto Rico. We are seeking assistance in expediting this process. The names of our parents are Oscar Rivera and Gracia Feliciano Rivera. The legal representative in Puerto Rico involved in this matter is Eric Quintana. My brother, Oscar Rivera Jr., holds power of attorney for both my brother Johnny Colon Feliciano and me, Jeanette Colon Feliciano. We have been waiting for years for a resolution, and we were informed by Banco Popular that the Tribunal is currently investigating the matter. I am Jeanette Colon Feliciano. My parents, Oscar Rivera and Gracia Feliciano Rivera, have passed away in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. My brothers, Oscar Rivera Jr, and Johnny Colon Feliciano, are represented by lawyer Eric Quintana. I suspect Banco Popular in San Juan is managing this matter. I have previously reached out seeking assistance, but the process has been lengthy. We are anticipating receiving our inheritance. I recently noticed some concerning activity on my MiBanco app. The desktop version shows an unauthorized access from an IP address in California at 3:30 this morning (IP address: [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].1), which is suspicious as I don't know anyone from California. Additionally, when attempting to log in from my laptop, unfamiliar phone numbers ending in [redacted] and [redacted] are listed as options to send security codes to, despite me only ever having one phone number. I am requesting an investigation into this situation to determine if any money has been lost. If there have been unauthorized purchases, I am seeking information on how Banco Popular will handle reimbursement, as I had not received any prior alerts or notifications about these activities.
