I need to return some items I ordered for my grandchildren's visit, but they didn't arrive on time. I ended up purchasing them at a local store. Unfortunately, I never received any invoice or shipping emails. When I contacted customer service for a return authorization number, they requested invoice information which I don't have, only a packing slip. This situation feels like a catch-22, and if I don't receive the return authorization number promptly, I may have to ask my credit card company to reverse the charge.
