Hello, I'm Shan Cheng. I recently purchased an all-in-one desktop computer with order number #[redacted] scheduled for delivery on 3/5/[redacted]. The status of my order shows "order in progress." I attempted to contact customer service at [redacted], but the automated system was not recognizing my order number despite multiple attempts. Eventually, it offered to transfer me to an agent due to high call volumes. I'm eager to receive my new computer as my current one is not functioning properly, especially during tax season.
