I was billed $25.00 for a recent service by my physician and need to pay my copayment. The billing description includes a number, date, and facility information. I tried contacting Dr. Tang's office but was informed they do not handle copayments. I am unsure where to send the payment or how to pay, whether by mail or credit card. I am seeking assistance as this is important to me and normally I am prompt with my payments. I just need to know the correct recipient and payment method. If this information is not provided, it will be AvMed's responsibility for the lack of clarity. I am eager to resolve this matter and would greatly appreciate any help with this issue.

I enrolled through the Marketplace on 11-2-20 and paid my first premium but I have not received any paperwork or member ID. I need my ID to get medical care starting January 1, [redacted].

I called Avmed on 12-21-20 and was informed that I am in the system and should receive mail with the member ID before the end of the year.
Please advise promptly. I attempted to call today, but after being on hold for 30 minutes, I got disconnected.
