I am writing to request that a fee not be charged to my policy payment due to my bank being closed at the time, preventing access to my funds. Today, I contacted the bank, explained the situation, and had them release the funds to cover both policy payments (not due until February 16, [redacted]) totaling approximately $3,[redacted]. I appreciate your understanding in this matter and want to ensure the payment was made in good faith. The bank will provide verification of this matter once they open on Tuesday. Thank you, Mona E Hart --- Hello, Today is Sunday, and I will reach out to my bank in the morning. They are declining purchases over $1,[redacted] even though the money is in the account. I will either resend the payment or get in touch with you tomorrow. This has not happened with Regions before, but I understand that my bank has strict fraud prevention measures.
