I am a professional technician with over 40 years of experience. I have a TV/DVD/monitor Model FP1700DV that is experiencing intermittent power issues. Upon diagnosis, it seems that the problem lies within the sys.ctl. UP reset pulse, which is inconsistent. I do not have the original switching power supply, so I have been using a 12VDC@5A power source. When plugging in the TV, it does not turn on unless in standby mode, and I have to unplug and replug the power supply. I even tried running the set on a 12V lead-acid car battery with the same results. One important finding is that when the power adapter remains connected and the set is on, it consistently powers up unless unplugged or there is an outage. I am looking for any service bulletins related to a circuit modification to resolve this issue. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, WB0SIY. - Ken Weber

I purchased a hearing aid from The Shopping Channel on March 9th, [redacted]. I have attempted to contact the phone number listed on the warranty but have been unsuccessful. The hearing aid is no longer functioning, and I am seeking a refund. The item in question is the RCA Symphonicix Digital Hearing Amplifier with bonus (Item #[redacted] on The Shopping Channel). I understand that the 6-month warranty is provided by the company that sold the device, not The Shopping Channel. My name is Eileen Doucette residing at 10-[redacted] Duke Street, Summerside, PE, C1N 0C3. My order number was B[redacted]18, and the price paid was $[redacted].99. Please reach out to me at [redacted] to provide instructions on where to return the item for a refund. While I have an email address ([redacted]), I prefer to be contacted via phone.

I am seeking assistance with my RCA WHP141 wireless headphone system that I purchased just 2 months ago. The LED power and charging lights are malfunctioning. The red charging light only stays on for 2 to 3 minutes when plugged into the base, and the batteries do not hold a charge for more than a few minutes. I have tried different rechargeable batteries and charging methods to no avail. Despite following the manual instructions and online troubleshooting, I have not found a solution. Numerous others seem to have experienced the same issues based on online forums. Additionally, there is a noticeable humming noise from the headset. I tried different setup methods with my TV and satellite box but the problem persists. I do not have the original packaging; can a regular shipping box suffice for the return? I am unsure if I need authorization for the return and if there are any associated fees. Thank you for your help.

I received a VX3022 stereo from your brand as a Christmas gift. However, after a few months, the calibration of the screen became completely off. Even when attempting to recalibrate it, the touchscreen was unresponsive, leading me to click inaccurately. Now, the right side of the screen has stopped working entirely, preventing me from accessing important features like Bluetooth audio. I am disappointed with the product's performance as it has not even lasted half a year. I am reaching out to inquire if there are any solutions available to repair or replace the stereo, as purchasing a new one is not financially viable for me at the moment. Thank you for your assistance.

I am having issues programming the AVX01BT3CL3 transmitter despite having the manual. My aim is to activate the alarm and lock/unlock the doors. The manual mentions a "valet/bypass push button" but I can't locate it on the remote. I'd like to program it myself to save money and time. I recall it being simple if done correctly by someone knowledgeable. Any guidance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I installed an Advent ADVUV630 in my [redacted] Toyota Sienna, but I'm having trouble getting it to turn on using the power button. Despite pressing the reset button, the display remains off. I've checked the "radio" fuse in the fuse panel under the driver's side dash, and it's intact. The CD/DVD player works and the power button light is on, but the display isn't functioning. Could there be another fuse that I'm missing somewhere else in the vehicle?

I recently purchased a Flashlogic 5 pre-flashed for my [redacted] Jeep Wrangler Sahara with TIP start ignition. Unfortunately, after installing it, I encountered electrical issues that resulted in having to replace the TIPM. Upon researching, I learned that the Flashlogic 5 is not suitable for TIP start vehicles, although it was advertised as compatible with 2[redacted] Jeep Wranglers. Considering the majority of these models have TIP start ignition, I have removed the unit and am hesitant to reinstall it out of concern for potential harm to my Jeep.

I informed the car dealer of my need for a DVD player when purchasing my [redacted] Nissan Armada in [redacted]. He had two Audiovox DVD players installed in the headrests by a professional. Recently, after six months of not using them, both players are displaying a "NO DISC" error when trying to play a movie for my kids. I tried using a new disc, but the issue persisted in both headrest players. I suspect it may be a loose wire causing the problem as the players power on, indicating it may not be a fuse issue. Any suggestions on what could be causing this simultaneous error in both players would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jennifer G.

I am experiencing an issue with the solar rearview camera I bought recently. The camera itself works fine, but the suction cup base on the monitor is not strong enough to hold it up. After setting it up, I found the monitor on the car floor the next morning because the base couldn't support its weight. Whenever I attach it to the dashboard, it falls over, making it unusable. It's disappointing that the suction cup is just a weak sticky base that fails to keep the monitor in place. I need a proper, strong suction base to keep the rearview camera secure on the car dashboard.

I have an Audiovox portable DVD player, Model D2011. Despite being an older model, I'm using it for the first time now. I can see the picture but there's no sound. I've tried various DVDs and adjusting the volume button. Tech support advised me to move the AV switch and the button under the speaker, but the issue persists. I'm considering sending it in for repair or finding a repair store near me in zip code [redacted].
