On July 2, [redacted], I created a package of 6 books to sell for $[redacted].00 on eBay. The package included 5 first editions and 1 first edition, second printing. After a buyer purchased them, he wanted to return them, leaving me with my first negative feedback in 2,[redacted] transactions. This experience made me reassess my listings and I decided to cancel [redacted] out of [redacted] listings and try a different approach with Auctiva. I'm looking for assistance in setting it up as I had trouble subscribing in the past. I'm 74 years old and willing to learn. This change is important to me because I aim to improve my selling experience on eBay.

I have been a loyal user of Auctiva for more than 15 years. Recently, I encountered an issue where I couldn't list any items due to an error message prompting me to add a credit card for payment, even though I have had one on file along with PayPal for years. I have spent a week trying to resolve this problem through customer support on their website, but haven't made any progress. I urgently need to be able to post listings in the next few days. I received this message after I closed my account, and it's unclear why it wasn't provided beforehand. The orange message box stating that I needed more image hosting storage than the free [redacted] MB limit was unexpected. I had a grandfathered plan for 3 years, but now I'm being offered only double the price options. I feel defrauded by Auctiva and the agent, Vivian, who even hung up on me. I was advised to close my account, and now I'm being pushed to buy another one at double the cost. This situation feels like fraud to me.

I need assistance! Several months ago, due to the challenges caused by the ongoing CoronaVirus pandemic, I attempted to place my Auctiva accounts in 'vacation mode'. A representative named Bruce informed me that it wasn't possible, but he suggested switching them to the 'free' status, which limits functionality. I switched all three accounts - 'dodger1954', 'earthangel57', and 'goldnoldies' to the free status as advised. I was assured that to reactivate the paid status, I needed to make a payment through the main account, 'dodger1954', and all accounts would be linked as before. Yesterday, I made a $14.95 payment for 'dodger1954' hoping it would reactivate all accounts. Unfortunately, only 'dodger1954' was reinstated. I now seek guidance on how to relink all three accounts to resume using them. I had intended to utilize 'earthangel57' and 'goldnoldies' for eBay listings, not 'dodger1954'. Additionally, by switching to the 'free' status, I believe I lost my 'grandfathered-in' status, which is disappointing. Please assist. Thank you, Charles J. & Marilyn G.
