I made a hotel reservation through Hopper on 03/20/23. Upon arrival, the hotel staff requested a $[redacted] deposit since I booked through a third party. I am aware of this policy from booking rooms through third parties in the past. The usual practice is to have funds pending for a short time and then released back to my account. However, in this instance, the payment was processed, and I need it to be refunded promptly.
