I placed an order for a variety of seed beads, delicas, and beading supplies from Art Beads, including Swarovski crystals. The beads arrived, but they are not properly labeled. For example, I received size 15/0 delicas instead of the size 11/0 delicas I ordered. Some containers are mislabeled as both seed beads and delicas, which should be distinct. The shape of the beads also does not match that of delicas. Additionally, the Swarovski crystals are not flatbacks, which I needed for making rings. The website does not clearly indicate which crystals are flatbacks. I would like to return the order and receive a refund. Thank you.
