I have tried calling [redacted] numerous times, exceeding [redacted] attempts. Only on 5 occasions was I placed on hold, and after waiting for over an hour, the call is disconnected. I need to contact this office to file a claim, as local offices were unhelpful, and I am unable to proceed online following my move out of state in December. If this number is invalid, I require information on who to reach out to for assistance. Despite sending 7 emails, I have not received any responses. I have been working full-time in Arkansas for 4 years but am now left without pay due to Covid-19, leaving me in a desperate situation with food insecurity and facing potential homelessness. I urgently need assistance as Arkansas has not provided the support I require during this crisis. Your help is crucial to me.

I am in urgent need to reach the Little Rock interstate office to file my claim. Despite contacting various local offices, all have directed me to the interstate office. Despite calling them numerous times (yes, I kept count), I have faced endless holds and even been disconnected after waiting over an hour. This frustrating cycle has persisted for two whole days, with me dedicating six consecutive hours trying to reach them. Their assistance is crucial as I have been a full-time employee for four years, now unemployed due to covid-19. My financial situation is dire, struggling to afford groceries and facing imminent homelessness. Desperately, I require assistance from the interstate office to move forward with my claim. Please advise me on how I can successfully contact them. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have been waiting for my unemployment for over four months now. It's supposed to only take three weeks. During this time, I have lost everything. I keep filing my weekly claim, but then I receive a letter stating I didn't get any money because it's still pending. This should not be taking this long. It's becoming frustrating, and I feel as if it's a joke. I am considering taking legal action against the Department of Workforce Services. I would appreciate it if you could do your job by hiring more people and working more hours to expedite the process. I have done my research, which only took an hour, and I am confident that my claim will be approved.
