I attempted to reset my password, but it's been 30 minutes, and I haven't received the verification code yet. Can you please email me a copy of the bill at [redacted]? Despite speaking to different APS representatives who assured me they're addressing the issue and will call me back, as of today, November 16, the problem persists, and I haven't heard from Stacy, the APS representative. It's frustrating to experience this while trying to follow the necessary procedures.
