I have a pick-up scheduled for this afternoon on E 90th St. (Apt 5b). I've communicated with the AptDeco Team regarding my building's pickup time restrictions. Despite their assurance of an early afternoon pick-up, it's now almost 3 pm, and I'm concerned it might not happen on time. Communicating via chat has been challenging due to my typing difficulties. As a senior, I request a phone call to confirm the pick-up will occur promptly to reassure our building management. Next week won't be suitable for the pick-up, so timely assistance is crucial. I recently sent an email about the issue with order #[redacted], which didn't arrive today. Instead of addressing it, the order got canceled. This is puzzling as the table I ordered at the same time was delivered. Now I have a table without chairs to go with it. It seems like the chairs were canceled because they weren't delivered today. Kindly, arrange to pick up the table and issue a refund. I didn't receive any notification, just noticed the abrupt cancellation. Feel free to reach me at [redacted].

I recently sold a dresser and mirror, but I am facing difficulties scheduling the delivery. The current options do not suit me, and I urgently need the dresser picked up by Aug. 30th. The buyer is unable to collect it personally and asked for assistance in rescheduling. Initially, the 24th was an option, but due to site restrictions, I was forced to choose 3 dates and now that date is no longer available.
I am open to canceling the sale if necessary, although I prefer keeping the buyer's needs in mind. I hope we can find a solution promptly.
