I placed an order for part #WD28X10384 on August 7, but I have yet to receive any updates about my order. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to ApplianceZone.com as their customer service seems to be unresponsive. I am extremely disappointed with this lack of communication. I urgently need to know the estimated time of arrival for the product. If I do not receive a response soon, I will need to cancel my order. I am unsure if the part is on backorder or if additional steps have been taken. A simple email updating me on the status of my order would have been appreciated. I am quite dissatisfied with the overall customer service experience.

I need to cancel my order placed on December 4th, [redacted] for a Wall Oven Clock/Timer Board. I was hoping to receive it before Christmas, but after receiving the initial email confirming the order, I haven't heard anything else regarding the status or delivery date. It's crucial for me to have my oven running for the holidays. Had I known, I would have researched this company before ordering. It's frustrating that there is no way to contact them for updates. The company seems to be hiding something.
