My wife's iPhone 12 is currently locked as she has forgotten the passcode. We attempted to reset the password for her email account but couldn't remember the security questions, resulting in being locked out of the ATT/Yahoo email account due to a forgotten password. This issue has persisted for three weeks. Since the phone is still under warranty, we are seeking assistance to resolve this "Locked Loop" dilemma. When trying to reset the phone by accessing her email, a code is sent to the locked iPhone and email, making it impossible to retrieve. We are frustrated with the lack of help from both ATT and Apple. We believe that a workaround involving sending the code to an alternative email or iPhone could be the solution. If this matter isn't resolved promptly, legal action may be pursued against Apple to recover the iPhone's cost.

I used to be able to print text messages from my iPhone 11 using my printer. However, after a recent update, I no longer see the printer option in my text message options. Oddly enough, the printer still shows online when I use my iPhone, and I can print pictures from my photos and emails as usual. It seems like the print option has been removed from the text app. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

My iPhone 11 with Safelink is encountering issues when I attempt to double-tap the side button to verify my app download. The problem arises when it requests payment verification even though it was previously completed. After erasing my iPhone and re-adding only one card due to misplacement of my Cash App cards, I had to remove those two cards temporarily. The need for payment verification persists despite already completing the process. I had to restart my iPhone entirely due to numerous spam apps installed by my niece and nephew who knew my password, resulting in freezing issues from fake games.

While using my iPad, I received an alarming alert with verbal instructions directing me to contact Apple Support due to a security breach and potential identity theft. The message claimed multiple hackers had accessed my devices and locked my iPad until I followed specific steps. I spoke with an individual who identified himself as Ron Smith with Apple ID AST1101. He urged me to call back on a "secure line" at [redacted]. Concerned about the legitimacy of this interaction, I fear I may have been deceived by a hacker posing as a representative. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed.

My granddaughter was using her iPhone 14 Pro Max when a green screen appeared. She received the phone in December [redacted], so we would like to send it back to Apple for repairs as it is still under warranty for a year, and she has only had it for 5 months. The phone has not been dropped or damaged, and both the front and back screens are intact. Despite the issue, the phone is still functional as she was able to call me from her mother's car. We are also hoping to retrieve her photos. How can we expedite this process to get her phone back as quickly as possible? Our phone service is with AT&T. Thank you, Kathy J.

I am disappointed about the decision to shut down My Photo Stream. I purchased an iPhone 14 and iPad for the convenience of having photos appear automatically on my iPad. I have a collection of pictures that I use for painting directly from my iPad, organized over many years. The organization on iCloud is chaotic compared to My Photo Stream, making it challenging to find specific photos quickly. It is frustrating that the new system requires downloading each photo individually when transferring photos to the iPad. This change removes a key reason I chose Apple products. I hope Apple considers the impact on loyal customers like me.

PayPal unexpectedly reversed payments for services like Apple and Google without my consent. Although I signed up for a 2-year Apple Care plan and did not cancel, PayPal mistakenly showed that it was terminated. My subscription is valid until November 6, with a 30-day grace period. After numerous frustrating hours on the phone, I changed my default payment method to a Discover card. However, there seems to be no option to renew my plan with the new card. I urgently need assistance to re-bill on the new card and restore my monthly 2-year plan for Apple Care. I am keen to continue the service and would appreciate any help or guidance on resolving this issue quickly. Thank you for your prompt attention.
