I recently received my laptop back with extensive screen damage caused by the service performed on it. I immediately opened a support case upon receiving my laptop, but I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the damage. I want to make it clear that any amount of damage to my laptop is unacceptable. While I understand there may be waivers in place, none of them give consent for my device to be further harmed. How much longer will my laptop be ruined? It has been years since I have been able to use it for more than a month. I have been trying to reach out to Apple since I got back my "repaired" laptop. Thank you.

Hello! I attempted to install Windows 10 on my iMac using Boot Camp. Initially everything went smoothly, but after opening Windows, my computer started lagging severely, then displayed an error. I rebooted the computer but upon logging into Microsoft, no windows appeared to switch back to macOS. Can you please advise on how to revert my iMac back to the native system?

I purchased an iPhone 13 in January, and despite having no physical damage, the phone is overheating and draining rapidly. Even with a 94% battery level, the device loses the entire charge within 6 hours, falling short of the manufacturer's specifications. I have noticed that the battery drains quicker than older Apple devices. Is it possible to request a return from the manufacturer, considering Apple's warranty excludes devices with an 80% battery health after a year?

Hello, for about three months, I have been struggling with my issue. I fell for scammers' tricks, and now my device (iPhone 12) is under their control. I cannot use the AppStore, nor can I access my iCloud. Every time, the system asks for the scammer's password. I would like to know if it's possible to reset the scammer's iCloud from my device so that I can regain access to my phone. P.S. I have the phone box, which contains some information, like the serial number, etc.
