Without naming specific apps, I am seeking clarification from your legal team regarding any licensing agreements with music publishers that would grant third-party app creators a waiver to include copyrighted music legally. As a music teacher with a unique piano teaching method, I am eager to create an app that allows students to learn to play their favorite songs without infringing any laws. I have consulted with an intellectual property attorney who indicated that unauthorized use of copyrighted music could result in significant fines per use if discovered by music publishers. I am having trouble renewing my Apple ID membership under the email [redacted] On Thursday, July 12th, I attempted to renew, but my credit card was not charged despite receiving a confirmation email. After contacting Apple Support on Friday, I am still awaiting a resolution. On July 16th, I placed a new order for an Apple Developer Account and successfully received an invoice after my credit card was charged. I am now following up with support to check the status of my order. I need to update my application by July 19th for an upcoming event, but the delay in renewing my membership is causing a five-day delay in the process.

Regarding safety guidelines for the app concept, the new version will be submitted without the kids category designation. Regarding business and payment guideline issues, the app does not directly transmit virtual currency to users. It tracks user winnings through a point counter. To avoid confusion, the next release will remove redeem options from the app. The app is submitted by Guy Scott from VeriDoc Global, a document verification solution provider, not a financial institution or exchange. The app is not meant for virtual currency transmission. For other business model concerns, the focus is on creating a user-friendly learning experience. Marketing-oriented tasks like downloading other apps or sharing blogs will be removed in the next release to allow users to scratch without such tasks.

I have encountered an issue with my in-app purchase submission to the App Store. The app was approved, but the in-app purchase (IAP) has been repeatedly rejected with the same unhelpful message regarding a change in business model. Despite multiple attempts and resubmissions, the IAP approval is still pending due to a request to verify the content and compliance with guidelines for a new purchasability type. I have sought clarification from the support team, but have only received automated responses or no reply at all. I am looking for a personalized and human response to address my concerns and provide clear guidance on what steps are needed to finalize the approval of the IAP.

I recently received an email from Apple notifying me that my distribution certificate is set to expire. I attempted to renew it through my developer account, but I am unsure of the process. There are two other certificates also expiring simultaneously, and I am uncertain if renewing one extends all of them. While trying to renew the iOS distribution certificate, I encountered a hurdle as it requested a CRC file from my Mac, which I do not own. Although I am not a developer, I have a developer account linked to a branded app from my CRM provider. This situation is unfamiliar to me, and I require assistance to address it. It appears that Apple support primarily assists with consumer products, with developer support mainly offered through email communication.

Hello, I recently submitted my app for review on the App Store. Unfortunately, it got rejected because the reviewers couldn't locate the in-app purchases. Although my app did have an in-app purchase option for a subscription, I have since removed it, and it's no longer available in the app. I responded to their initial rejection explaining this, but I haven't heard back from them in a few days. I decided to file an appeal with the Appeal team, but they informed me that I haven't yet provided this information to the original review team, even though I had already explained the situation to them. I am unsure how to proceed with removing the "metadata for in-app purchases" as mentioned, as I haven't been able to find a way to do so. I recently requested to change my account from an individual to an organization with Apple Developer Support. They requested specific documents and a DUNS to complete the process. After submitting the required information, I received an email stating that my DUNS has been updated for my company. They mentioned that if there are any updates needed, I should inform them within 12 hours, otherwise, I should submit a new request. I was advised to wait for an email from Apple within 10-14 working days with further instructions. However, I have not received any contact via email or phone, and I am still waiting for an update.

I submitted a request to change my membership from individual to organization with Apple Developer Support about 2 to 3 weeks ago. They sent me an email asking for some documents to finalize the process. However, their latest email stated they need to speak to me on the phone. They did attempt to call me, but my phone was out of service, so we couldn't connect. I've tried emailing and calling them back, but I haven't received a response. Can someone assist me with this matter?
