My yearly Apollo Group TV account linked to [redacted] is currently suspended. It was initially set up through Island Streams TV and is set to expire on 11-30-[redacted]. After contacting the representative from Island Streams TV, I was informed that they no longer represent Apollo Group TV. Upon reaching out to the Apollo Group Accounts email, I received a response stating that my Island Streams TV account couldn't be found in their database. They suggested that I would need to purchase a new Apollo account after a 10-day trial period. This situation is frustrating since I have already paid for my current service with Island Streams TV and have all the necessary documentation to support this. I am seeking assistance and guidance on how to reactivate my account or find a resolution to this matter. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Ken F. [redacted]

I am experiencing difficulties playing any content. Within the settings, I am prompted to choose a player, either exo or vlc. Opting for vlc leads to an error message stating it cannot connect to the edge server. Alternatively, selecting exo results in a loading icon with no playback. Despite reaching out in the past, it felt like the team at Apollo Group was expecting me to provide a solution. If I had the answer, I wouldn't be seeking assistance. I simply wish to understand why this function is not working properly and believed someone here could offer insight.

I am currently using Cricket phone service, and I have the Apollo Group TV app installed. Whenever I try to watch a movie, I encounter an error message saying "can't connect edge server." Surprisingly, I have a strong 5G signal. This issue persists even when I switch to another phone with Cricket service. Strangely, the app functions properly only when connected to Wi-Fi. Interestingly, I tested the app on two different phones with T-Mobile service, and it worked flawlessly. How can I resolve this problem and make the app work with my Cricket service phone?
