Hi, I'm Bhavana. I recently made a purchase from a website called 'Silkyfit101' where I ordered 6 combo sets of innerwear for 1099Rs. I opted for Cash on Delivery payment. After realizing there was a sizing issue, I reached out to customer service only to discover it was a fraudulent website. They demanded 789Rs to cancel the order. Today, on 13th May, I received the order containing 3 low-quality leggings. The company mentioned on the delivery sheet for returns is 'The Apex Enterprises,' and like before, I couldn't get in touch with anyone. Many others seem to be experiencing the same problem according to comments. I kindly ask for assistance in returning the order and receiving a refund.
