I am frustrated and in desperate need of assistance. I am unable to log in due to system issues and have been unsuccessful in finding an email for patient assistance. My wife, J.R. Peacock, born on 11/18/[redacted], with Member ID: DOMAN[redacted], had an emergency surgery and released from Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa on November 5th, [redacted]. She urgently requires a gastro appointment with Dr. Lusberg. Despite her deteriorating condition, her appointment is not until January 8th, [redacted], which is unacceptable given her declining health. Her weight has dropped significantly, and she urgently needs medical attention. I implore for immediate assistance to prioritize her appointment and save her life. Regards, R. Peacock (Subscriber) DOMAN[redacted]

As a contracted provider for Blue Cross, I have noticed that testing codes were updated effective January 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received payment for services rendered using these new codes, even though they were pre-authorized. Despite sending multiple emails to the Behavioral Health Network relations email, I have only received automated responses promising a reply within 3 business days, which has not materialized. Rather than an email response, I kindly request a phone call at [redacted] from a representative who can assist in resolving this payment discrepancy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

In the last 15 years, I tried different SSRI meds, but they were terrible. My family convinced me to see a doctor after 2 years. At Prodigy, I met a compassionate doctor who understood my past issues with SSRI meds. She prescribed me Viibryd, which has been fantastic for my PTSD from the Marine Corps, fibromyalgia from interferon treatment, and underlying depression. Unfortunately, Anthem says I don't meet the criteria for Viibryd, even though Seroquel, which is an SSRI with Prozac, does qualify. I'm hoping to continue with this medication and pay the $67 copay on your website. I've been insured by you for 6 years, and I appreciate any help to make this work. Thank you in advance.
