I purchased five cases of beer towards the end of June or early July at Walgreens in Island Park, New York. I submitted all the rebates a few days later, but only received two rebates back. When I contacted customer service, they assured me I would receive the remaining three rebates. It has been weeks, and I am still waiting for the rebates. This situation is frustrating. I was told conflicting information regarding any purchase limits. I still expect to receive the rebates for the three remaining cases. Please address this issue promptly.

My name is Todd K. and I recently purchased a 24-pack of Bud Light with a $5 rebate offer. After sending in the rebate, I received a virtual debit card instead of the rebate. I have tried to use the card at Walmart, Meijer, and Kohl's, but encountered issues. Walmart mentioned they had not seen this card before. Despite following instructions from the rebate center to use it as a credit card for purchases under $5, it still didn't work. I requested a check instead of the virtual prepaid card, but the rebate center stated they could not accommodate my request and that stores might be entering the card information incorrectly. I have contacted them multiple times about this issue and feel frustrated by the lack of a resolution. Thank you, Todd K. [redacted] Devoe, Southgate, MI [redacted].

I recently visited Kroger and purchased a promotional box containing 24 oz Bud Light and 16 oz twist-top bottles. When the cashier tried to ring up the whole box, I explained it should be sold individually. The store manager insisted it had to be sold as a package, so I ended up paying $32 for the box. Despite my past experience as a Kroger cashier, the manager wouldn't budge. As I rushed out, I discovered two bottles had leaked, making a mess in my car. The total cost was $32.50, more than the usual $30.79. I had to clean up the spill and my son alerted me to it in time. It was a frustrating experience.

Regarding the Bud Light partnership with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney for March Madness, I have come across various sources corroborating this news. I have been a dedicated Diet Coke consumer before transitioning to Diet Pepsi due to personal observations. My preference has always been Bud Light, especially the 24-pack of 16 oz cans from Walmart, which typically lasts me a few weeks. However, the decision to make a male who dresses as a woman their spokesperson has led me to reconsider supporting Anhaeuser-Bush products if they succumb to societal pressures. Sincerely, J.M.R. from Panama City Beach, FL.

I have been a long-time supporter and consumer of your beer. However, I can no longer continue to purchase your products due to your decision to align with what I view as a negative and upsetting ideology. This association has led me and many others to stop supporting your brand. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by your choice to endorse such an ideology.
Sincerely, A Formerly Loyal Customer

As a long-time Budweiser fan, I am disappointed to see the company getting involved in supporting transgender issues. I have decided to stop buying their products. I recently learned about this topic and it is concerning to see the high suicide rates among transgender individuals. It is important to stick to making beer and supporting our military.

Your use of a woke transgender activist to promote your product is the most un-American, degenerative, liberal, and disturbing advertising tactic I have ever seen. Implying that less than 1% of American LGBTQ individuals represent American values is false and embarrassing. It is disgraceful to see a company that was once quintessentially American like The Budweiser Clydesdales veer so far left and woke by catering to this small group of individuals with mental health challenges. My family and I, along with anyone we can influence, will never make another purchase from your company. You should feel ashamed of your decision, and your board should be dismissed.

Your recent advertisement promoting woke culture is disappointing. As a consumer of beer, I prefer companies to focus on their product rather than political matters. This shift may lead to losing many loyal customers, including myself. My household chooses not to support companies that prioritize political correctness over their customers. I refuse to purchase your product until this trend changes. I hope you realize the impact of alienating your customer base for the sake of being politically correct. It's unfortunate to witness this shift in American companies. Despite any response you may provide, I am disinterested in hearing excuses. Anheuser-Busch is no longer welcome in my home.

I have been a fan of Bud Light for as long as it has been available. I lived and worked in St. Louis and took the tour of the Brewery since it was very close to my workplace (One Bell Center). I am surprised that Bud Light has chosen this unusual spokesperson. I am switching to a different beer, but it won't be from Anheuser Busch. Many of my friends and I believe that you have made a strange choice. Who are you trying to appeal to? Farewell to Bud Light and all Bud products!

Your recent changes in stance have led my extended family and me to cease purchasing your products. It is perplexing why, amidst the numerous craft beer start-ups emerging, you have decided to align with such controversial positions. The vocal minority you are catering to seems to seek attention rather than genuinely represent a substantial consumer base. The broader population, including myself, will ensure that your market share dwindles. Following in Disney's footsteps, your management choices are disappointing for AB. Unfortunately, at 73 years old, you have lost me as a customer forever. It would be wise to bring in leadership unafraid to make tough decisions. Regaining lost customers is harder than retaining them. There is no need to contact me further; our business relationship is over. - R. B., Snellville, GA

I have been a loyal customer of your products for 70 years. Due to your support of promoting transgender inclusion, I have decided to no longer purchase any items associated with your company or bearing its logo. The representation of the rainbow by the transgender community has influenced my decision. I will miss the symbolic meaning behind the Clydesdales, as they now signify a negative direction for our nation. I have discussed this issue with my friends, and they share my sentiments and have also chosen to cease supporting your brand. It is disheartening to see your company align with what I perceive as a societal problem. Although I am just one individual in Denver, Colorado, my views are echoed by others as well.

I have been a loyal customer of BUD Light for quite some time. Recently, Anheuser Busch made the decision to promote the brand through an individual named Dylan Mulvaney. However, as a sensible customer, I feel uneasy and discriminated against by this choice.
I recommend that BUD Light should target its future sales efforts towards a different demographic, perhaps the vibrant drag queen and transgender communities. Personally, I will be exploring other delicious options available to me.
Sincerely,

I am quite upset about the recent Bud Light campaign.
I want to share that I am politically neutral. I have always enjoyed Bud Light. However, I am a parent to two teenage daughters who are in good health. It is concerning that they feel pressured to question their gender identity and are criticized if they simply raise any doubts about certain LGBTQ views.
The campaign you launched appears to be contributing to this division. As a result, I have decided that I will no longer support AB products. I plan to also persuade my loved ones to join me in boycotting AB.

I have a plan to help stop the significant financial losses your company is experiencing. My proposal is straightforward and aims to turn things around before Thanksgiving. I propose to sell this plan to your company for $[redacted],[redacted], with taxes included. It's a small investment considering the huge potential loss of nine billion dollars in just nine weeks for Anheuser Busch. The plan consists of four steps and I am open to receiving payment in four installments of $[redacted],[redacted], with the first payment upon contract signing and subsequent payments made after each step is successfully implemented. If my plan does not show improvements after the initial step, Anheuser will not be liable for the remaining payments. As a retiree and a long-time fan of your product, I am confident that this program, tailored specifically to Anheuser, can help reverse the current losses. Let's discuss the details further, and I believe that the company will start seeing positive changes soon after the first step is taken. Thank you for considering my proposal.

I have a plan to help your company recover from its financial losses. My proposal involves a simple four-step program that aims to stop any further bleeding by Thanksgiving Day. In exchange for my plan, I am looking to sell it to Anheuser Busch for $***,***, with all taxes included. Given the estimated loss of nine billion in just two weeks, this investment pales in comparison. The payment would be divided into four installments, with the initial one due upon signing the contract and subsequent payments aligned with each step's completion. If the program fails to demonstrate a turnaround after the first step, Anheuser is not liable for the remaining balance. As a retired individual who admires your products, I understand there are specific details to iron out. Ultimately, your company would only risk $***,***.** plus taxes if the plan does not yield the expected results. I believe that implementing this program will lead to a significant improvement and decrease in net losses, hopefully stabilizing by the year's end. Thank you for your consideration.

I have a plan that could halt the significant loss in company value. My plan, to be implemented by Thanksgiving, is straightforward and aims to prevent further losses. I propose selling this plan to your company for $***,***, taxes included. This cost is relatively small considering the staggering potential loss Anheuser Busch faces. The plan consists of four steps, with payment divided into four installments starting upon contract signing and continuing at each subsequent step's completion. If the plan fails to show improvement, your company is only liable for the outstanding balance from the contract. As a retired individual and long-time fan of your product, I am confident in its potential. While there are finer points to iron out, envision a positive change after the first step. Trust in this process to minimize losses gradually and stabilize by year-end. Remember, I don't have a specialized background in marketing, and adjustments may be necessary. Despite the risks, consider the track record of your current team compared to the possible outcome of this proposal. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I received a confirmation number for a $14 rebate from Anheuser-Busch. Dear Lin Huber, I wanted to let you know I got your rebate submission for the Budweiser Family July 4th Rebate. Your rebate tracking number is: [redacted]. To check the status of your rebate, click on this link. Remember to keep a copy for future reference. While waiting for your rebate, the link redirects me to an unfamiliar website. The domain SOMEWHERE.COM is apparently for sale at $[redacted],[redacted] for a one-time payment to own the name outright.

I am frustrated with the July 4th rebate process at 77 years old. My tracking number is [redacted]. I received notice that my submission was invalid due to missing the receipt total. Despite my attempt to mail it, I couldn't find the address. The receipt for the $24.99 30-pack of Budweiser at Savemart had a long total of $[redacted].30 which I struggled to fit in the provided space. The rebate submission is complex, and the fine print in the ad with black text on a blue background is hard to decipher. I bought the beer for my husband, who is healing from back surgery.

Dear Mr. Doukeris,
I was surprised to discover that Anheuser-Busch engages in the practice of cutting off Clydesdales' tailbones for cosmetic purposes. This procedure not only limits the horses' ability to protect themselves from insects but also affects their communication and balance, causing unnecessary pain. The practice has been banned in many countries and several U.S. states due to its cruelty.
There are alternative methods to ensure the horses' safety without resorting to tail amputation, such as braiding and wrapping. I urge you to discontinue this inhumane practice and consider the well-being of these animals. Until this practice is stopped, I will be choosing to support other beer brands and encouraging others to do the same.
Sincerely,

I bought a case of Bud Light for the rebate, but I'm struggling to enter the information. I tried multiple times and finally managed to submit it today. Unfortunately, I can't confirm if my receipt and UPC photos came out correctly. I'm a retired senior and not very tech-savvy. The purchase was on August 31, [redacted]. Thank you.
PS: I heard about the live chat but can't find it.
