To whom it may concern, I would like to express my appreciation rather than an issue. As a long-time consumer of Anheuser Busch products, enjoying my beverages on weekends and days off, I must say that the recent release of the Freedom Reserve has impressed me. When gathering with my colleagues at the station for a few cold ones after a shift, we all agree that the quality and research and development teams have excelled with this product. Reminiscent of the satisfaction I had with Bud Light Platinum, the flavor of the Freedom Reserve is fulfilling, even though it comes at a slightly higher price. Quality is never a cheap compromise, and I want to thank you for maintaining the high standards in your products.

I recently bought a case of Bud Light, a case of Bud, and an 18-pack of Ultra, all with rebates. Unfortunately, the rebate forms were sticky and impossible to fill out properly with my name and address. I ended up using my home address sticker instead. After sending them all in together, I only received one rebate back for $7. While the promotions were appealing, the process was poorly executed and the outcome was disappointing. I understand the competition from new Craft beers is tough, but there needs to be a better reaction to maintain market share. The rebate system was frustrating, especially since they got my last name wrong due to the difficulty of writing on the form. -James P.

I have noticed an issue with the Bud Light 16 oz aluminum bottles. The Twist Off ring does not separate from the bottom of the bottle cap, leading to potential concerns about tampering or prior opening. This has affected the carbonation and freshness of the beer compared to other purchases. As a long-time loyal fan and consumer of Anheuser-Busch products, this has been a major deviation from my usual positive experiences over the years. While my recent 12-pack was satisfactory, the previous four purchases, including 15 and 20 packs, had approximately 50% of the bottles with defective caps. I wanted to share my feedback to ensure that the company is aware of the issue. I have always appreciated the consistency and quality of Bud Light, Budweiser, and Busch Beer, and hope that this matter can be resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I attempted to locate a contact number for Anheuser-Busch in STL without success. I aimed to address an issue regarding a recent event with live music near the Brewery last Friday and Saturday. Despite living here since [redacted], I had never experienced disturbance from your events until now. While I appreciate the boost to local businesses like the restaurants in Benton Park, the recent event seemed to have louder music or a different setup causing significant discomfort. The persistent loud music even with earplugs caused headaches for me, and my wife felt physical discomfort in her chest and heartbeat. The music ceased around 10 p.m. on both nights, but I hope you will be more considerate of Brewery neighbors during future events.

Despite its absence for years, it remains one of the best tap beers I have ever tasted, introduced to me by a friend with a discerning palate. Over the years, only a few six-packs have been stumbled upon, prompting me to seek out this elusive brew again. At present, our fridge houses a quantity of Bud Light bottles, but I am hopeful for a better drinking experience. If sourcing a keg is possible, I would eagerly secure it. I have shared the tale of this exceptional beer with those willing to listen, though few seem familiar. I recently bought a 12 pack of Michelob Ultra Light at the Walmart in Fleming Island, Florida. Last night, when I took the first sip of the beer, I noticed a strong metallic taste. Upon inspecting the bottle, I found a white substance at the bottom and floating inside. I have retained the bottle, cap, and remaining contents, along with a picture of the code and date on the bottle. Despite attempting to contact customer service without success, I am reaching out via email to address this issue. The quality concern has discouraged me from consuming your products further, and I am keen to understand the nature of the substance in the bottle. I believe this is a matter worth your attention. I have a concern regarding my recent experience at your Colonial Heights facility on 11/5/[redacted]. I arrived for my [redacted] loading appointment but didn't leave until 6:47 a.m. on the 6th for my delivery in Fletcher, North Carolina. Despite only traveling [redacted] miles, I was asked to return to load at Anheuser-Busch and have been waiting since. I've already missed out on two loads due to this delay and am now at risk of missing my upcoming 5 p.m. appointment as well. It's frustrating to see no one working while I'm stuck at your facility. I contacted customer service to report an issue with a can of "Bud Lime" beer that made me sick for nearly two days. After pouring the beer into a glass, I noticed numerous particles floating in it, despite already consuming over half the can. They informed me the beer was expired and offered a small refund, which I found inadequate for my discomfort. I returned the can following their instructions and also kept some beer and label as evidence. Although I was approached about joining a class action lawsuit, I prefer resolving this directly with your company due to my loyalty to your products and trust in your fairness. To whom it may concern, I am Valerie Elliott residing in South Texas, previously Medina Lake, Corpus Christi, and now Mathis. Engaging in hiking and walking, I am troubled by the significant amount of Bud Light waste littered across the environment for over 15 years. The predominant items include plastic bottles, Bud Light cans, bottles, packaging, and various other types of debris. Attached are photos highlighting this issue. It is my hope that Anheuser-Busch will incorporate messages in their marketing campaigns to address consumer responsibility in preserving our environment. I am the owner of Geoffrey's Malibu, a restaurant. Some years ago, a local representative asked me to carry a beer line, and I agreed under the condition of buying only 3 cases at a time instead of the standard 5 cases. After 6 months, a new representative did not honor the agreement, so I stopped selling the beers. Recently, a new representative visited my restaurant, and upon hearing the story, assured me he would assist. I resumed ordering, but now that he has left, the company will not deliver unless I order 5 cases. I am disappointed in the lack of service and integrity. It is frustrating to not have agreements honored. There are many other beer options available, and I may consider exploring those instead. I pride myself on treating my clients well and would not want anyone in my business to experience what I have gone through. Thank you, Jeff P.

I have been experiencing a frustrating trend lately with the cans of Budweiser and Natural Light I purchase. In each 12-pack, there are about 3 or 4 cans that are either damaged or completely empty. It appears as though they have been mishandled. This has been happening consistently over the past month. If a can is dented near the top, it is impossible to open or consume its contents. We have noticed this issue more with the Natural Light cans than the Budweiser cans. As we regularly buy a 12-pack of each daily, this has become quite a nuisance. It is particularly concerning as we often host gatherings and would not want our guests to encounter faulty cans. I believe we should be compensated for the 18 beers we have had to discard. We appreciate your attention to this matter as loyal customers. Thank you.

I have received a $[redacted] check from Heffernan Legal Group on your behalf for the Budweiser vehicle wrap. The check includes $[redacted] as my first week's payment. I am frustrated by the lack of response from Budweiser Corporate office regarding the legitimacy of this arrangement. Until I receive confirmation, I will not deposit the check. Good morning, I purchased a Bosch washing machine from Argos with order number [redacted]31 on 11/09/[redacted]. The model is WMNB912EW and the serial number is [redacted][redacted]. We encountered a significant issue with the machine; it started making a slight noise initially, which progressively grew louder with each use during spinning. Due to safety concerns, we ceased using it. After contacting customer service on 15 November, an engineer was scheduled to visit on 23/11/[redacted]. However, the date was rescheduled to 20/11/[redacted]. On the appointed day, the engineer left due to a lack of parking. Despite offering to cover parking fees and requesting clarification, there has been no resolution so far. Could you kindly arrange for another engineer visit to address this issue promptly? Additionally, being new to the area, I am unfamiliar with parking regulations but willing to comply if necessary. Thank you for your assistance, and I await your prompt response.

I've been enjoying Budweiser beers for five decades. Currently, I prefer Bud Light. Lately, I've noticed a lack of carbonation, smell, and flavor in your beer. It seems like the product may be diluted, has fewer hops and barley, or you're providing an inferior product. It's disappointing to think that after all these years, Anheuser-Busch might be cutting costs at the expense of the consumer.
