American Residential Warranty Customer Service Issues

I am seeking reimbursement for hiring my own plumber and the service call payment deducted from my bank account. I am now looking for guidance on where to submit my receipt for reimbursement and to receive a refund for the service fee withdrawn from my bank account. Additionally, I would appreciate obtaining a copy of my contract, as one was never provided to me.

After reaching out to customer service again, I had to recount the entire situation as there were no notes on file. The second representative was unhelpful and insisted on a 48-hour wait for resolution. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I called back on April 4th. This time, I spoke to Sherry, who promptly authorized me to contact a local plumber. The problem was finally resolved five days later. It was a lengthy and frustrating process dealing with representatives in the Philippines who initially declined my request to speak with someone in the United States.
