I recently bought a sofa and two recliners, American Leather brand, from Macy’s in San Mateo, California. I have the Worrynomore protection plan. Macy's confirmed an issue with collapsing cushions and mentioned they no longer carry those cushions or work with American Leather. I need sturdier non-collapsing cushions.
