I filed a lost baggage claim with reference BCCAA[redacted]3 for my luggage tagged [redacted], on a trip from LHR to DFW to SLP on August 22, [redacted]. I haven't received any updates despite calling AA multiple times with no success. My business trip has been greatly impacted by the delay and the missing luggage. Update 29/8/23 After spending the week contacting AA by phone, I managed to redirect my bag from Dallas to San Luis Potosi. On Saturday, August 26, I decided to leave the bag in Dallas and collect it on my way back home the next day. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped arrange for my bag to be delivered directly to the hotel. I found my bag at the AA office during check-in for my return flight to London!

Upon arrival at O'Hare from LAX, my four-wheeled suitcase was damaged, specifically one of the wheels which is half worn away and shredded, making it unusable. Unfortunately, due to being part of a tour group, I couldn't reach the Baggage Desk. Now, I have to carry my heavy 50-pound suitcase around Wisconsin for the entire week. The damage looks like it was dragged on a rough surface like asphalt or concrete. I'm disappointed and will need to purchase a new suitcase. This is the worst damage I've experienced in all my years of traveling. My flight details are as follows: Flight [redacted], departing at 9:45 am. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

On my flight from Phoenix to San Francisco on November 12, my new Delsey carry-on luggage was damaged. Although we checked it at the Phoenix airport, we only noticed the damage once we were in the van. This was only the second time I had used this bag. I have photos taken a day after the flight to show the extent of the damage. I have checked prices for a replacement, which I found at Macy's for $[redacted].17 including tax. As a 3 million mile AA Executive Platinum member, I have never experienced this issue before. I am seeking guidance on how American Airlines will address this situation. Thank you, Carolyn W.
