The lack of coordination between the online and call center services added to the difficulty in resolving this issue. I am disappointed with this experience and hope that Amerimark can establish better procedures, training, and tools for their representatives to handle such situations effectively in the future. In the last six months, there were [redacted] AmeriMark.com customers searching for their customer support email on GetHuman. Unfortunately, we had to inform them each time that email support was not an option. However, I managed to find AmeriMark's customer service email address, contacted them, and received a response. It seems that there might have been some misinformation about AmeriMark not offering email support, which I intend to clarify online.

Exceptional Customer Service Experience! Amerimark/Anthony Richards truly impressed me with their customer service. Initially, I encountered issues with a duplicated order and double billing, leading me to leave a negative review out of frustration. However, Darlene, a customer service specialist at Amerimark, reached out to me and efficiently resolved the problem. She promptly corrected the duplicate order that had caused an overspend on my account, eliminating the down payment requirement. Furthermore, she ensured my order was shipped promptly for Christmas without any additional charge. Moreover, Darlene generously provided a $15 coupon for my next purchase. The delivery date for my order keeps changing, it has been adjusted 4 times already. I have had to rearrange my personal plans to ensure I am home to receive my package. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. Although I have ordered from Amerimark in the past, I will now have to reconsider ordering from them again. I may consider purchasing from Roamans or Jessica of London instead. This situation is unacceptable, especially since I was hoping to have my order in time for a holiday party. I placed this order back on December 6th.

I received a refund check from you because you could not fulfill my order. I cashed it at my bank, but when they tried to process it at your bank, it was refused. I have a copy of the check where it says "FROZ/BLOCK ACC." They deducted the money from my savings to cover it, and also charged me a $15.00 fee. I would like to understand why this occurred. I received a refund check for a canceled order, but the account it came from is frozen. My bank withdrew the amount from my personal account, leaving me out of pocket with no merchandise. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I am struggling. I require assistance in retrieving my funds.
