I discovered that someone unlawfully opened a Chase Amazon credit card in my name. I received emails about large purchases and contacted the provided phone number, leading to a distressing chain of events. I was without internet for almost a week as self-proclaimed technicians cleared my computer of hackers. They then instructed me to purchase $[redacted] in Walmart gift cards, but I could only get $[redacted]. I was asked to scratch off the card numbers, which I was unfamiliar with since I never bought gift cards before. They claimed there were unauthorized charges and insisted on sending technicians with a special machine to my home. Hours were spent on the phone with someone named Ryan Green, ID AMZ5641. My bank alerted me that the Walmart gift card scenario is a known scam. Upon trying to return the cards, Walmart informed me they had already been used. This situation is now repeating with another individual posing as an "Amazon" employee. I need assistance!

I recently applied for the Amazon Chase Visa card but unfortunately was declined. The reason given in the letter I received was an Equifax score of [redacted]. However, upon checking my scores with Experian, they reported scores of Experian [redacted], Equifax [redacted], and TransUnion [redacted]. Despite the rejection, I was able to secure the Amazon Prime Store Card with a credit limit of $[redacted]. I was frustrated that both Chase and Amazon conducted hard inquiries simultaneously, and I am puzzled by the discrepancy in scores between Chase and Experian Credit Works. I would appreciate it if someone could verify this information without the need for another hard inquiry. Sadly, I tore up the Chase letter, so I do not have the application number. Thank you.

I discovered an unauthorized charge on 5/8/[redacted] to my Chase account ending in [redacted] for $72.95. I meticulously track all purchases in a Notepad entry, including the original purchase, confirmation email, and delivery information. After contacting Amazon on 5/11, a representative acknowledged the error and credited my account. However, the credit was reversed on 5/13. Despite reviewing the PDF statements for MC 71Z 2BY0 and MC 76E 2DA1, I couldn't identify the vendor or $72.95 charge. I am a vigilant senior citizen who ensures the safe use of my credit card and no one else is authorized to use it. I kindly seek assistance in resolving this matter or obtaining the vendor's details. Thank you for your assistance. Rev. Jan D. Thompson DD

I recently applied for an Amazon credit card on their website but have decided not to proceed. I would like to have my application deleted immediately as I no longer wish to apply for the card. I am concerned about my information being used for a credit check without my consent. It has only been an hour since I submitted my application, and when I attempted to contact Chase for assistance, I was unsuccessful.
I am disappointed to discover that Amazon changed their promotional offer after I submitted my application, which has led me to request the cancellation of my application urgently.
Please ensure that my application is canceled promptly to avoid any further processing. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am in the process of purchasing a house, and they require a verification of my card balance, which I know is zero. Unfortunately, I have already packed away my card and cannot access the information. My name is Stephen J. Sonnon, and my address is 2 Simpson Ave, Pitman, NJ [redacted]. The last 4 digits of my social security number are [redacted]. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate a printout confirming the $0 balance. Thank you.

Hello,
I am seeking assistance to inquire about the status of my credit card application for the [redacted] Euro credit limit. I completed the identification process at the Post Office and submitted all required documents and information as requested. I have not received any confirmation from the Post Office.
Shortly after this, I received an email notification stating that my card has been cancelled and is no longer usable. Additionally, there was a charge of 50 Euros on my account last month that I did not recognize.
I am new to using your Visa card Amazon service and am confused by these developments. I appreciate your prompt response and assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you,
Gabriela

I made a purchase from seller Book NJoy on Feb 28, [redacted](Order # [redacted]-[redacted]) using my Amazon Visa credit card ending in #[redacted]. After being informed the card was canceled, I re-ordered the item with a different credit card, a Mastercard ending in #[redacted]. I unintentionally received two shipments of the same order. Upon reviewing my records, I realized the error. I did not intend to purchase twice and would like a refund on the second order. Additionally, I will need to order a new Amazon card. Thank you, Amazon.

My husband, Ben Bennett, bought me a new Samsung S21 5G phone. He tried to set it up from our home laptop while I was in Davenport, Iowa, taking care of my mother. Somehow, our phone information got mixed up, and now we can't access several apps like Google and Amazon Prime. We've already paid our membership fees and don't want to pay them again. Ben Bennett's phone number is 1-[redacted]. We've been card members for years and would appreciate your help in sorting this out. Thank you.

My Amazon Prime Chase credit card expired, and I have already received a new card with an expiration date of 12/27. However, whenever I attempt to place an order, I receive a red drop-down notification stating there is an issue with my Prime membership payment method. I am not very tech-savvy, and when I tried to resolve the problem on the website, I was unsuccessful. I was paying $14.99 a month for Prime and would like to continue with that plan. Despite speaking with multiple tech support representatives who were unable to assist me, today, I was referred to some online forms to complete. Unfortunately, the sites would not accept the information I entered. My new Chase card number is 4[redacted] 1[redacted]. I'm elderly and have some memory issues, so I rely on notes to remember details. I am open to canceling my current account and setting up a new one if necessary. I have a $50 order pending on Amazon and would appreciate a prompt resolution. You have my landline number on file.

I am reporting unauthorized charges on my Amazon Visa ending in 41. Strangely, all transactions on the card since January are being disputed, not just the ones we flagged. We have already canceled the Amazon card due to this issue. Both my mother's and my Amazon accounts are locked, demanding repayment for transactions we did not dispute. It is crucial that this is resolved promptly. Our Amazon accounts are linked to the Amazon Visa card. We are loyal customers and require access to our accounts. The emails associated with the Amazon accounts are as follows: [redacted], [redacted] Please assist in resolving this matter or direct us to the appropriate contact.
Thank you,
Erika
