I moved from Jamaica to the UK last September. I couldn't verify my account as my Jamaican phone number wasn't active in the UK. Customer service suggested I create a new account using my UK phone, which I did. I'm still being charged for Amazon Prime on both my current UK account and the old Jamaica account I can't access. I need help resolving this issue and stopping future charges on the inaccessible account.

I purchased a DJI Osmo 3 action camera from Amazon, but the package arrived empty. After contacting Amazon, they requested a police report, which the local police indicated was not necessary. I proceeded to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback claim. Despite a period of inactivity, Amazon recently suspended my account and requested payment. Upon clarifying with the bank, they confirmed resolution with Amazon. However, my Amazon account remains suspended with demands for payment. When I speak with Amazon customer service, the issue of a police report resurfaces. I would like my account reinstated and the order removed without the need for a police report as advised by local law enforcement.

On April 6, I purchased some AirPods on Amazon, and the payment was deducted from my Lloyd's Bank debit account. I canceled the order, but I have not received the refund yet. On April 10th, I was looking for a deal on Eurosport through Amazon but ended up on the Discovery+ website. Despite no free trial or promotions, I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I left the site. Surprisingly, the next day I received an email thanking me for subscribing to Discovery+ Entertainment and Sport without my knowledge. £6.99 was charged to my credit card without any confirmation process, making me feel trapped like a fly in a spider's web. I stumbled upon this app accidentally and found it amazing. On Monday, I am due to go to the hospital while my husband suggested sprucing up the main bedroom. As I am disabled, I couldn't assist much. After hearing about this site, I decided to check it out and was impressed with what I found. I purchased a luxurious bottom fitted sheet, top sheets, a duvet cover, and pillowcases. The quality of the material is undeniable. However, when trying to put on the duvet cover, it seems poorly sewn. I am sorry to complain but I have to address the issue. Additionally, there is a dry patch on the fitted sheet that resembles urine. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in resolving these concerns.

I recently received a HiFlo oil order from Amazon that was not satisfactory. I contacted them for a refund, which I believe has been successfully processed. However, I also received an email stating that I was refunded for bag handle swivel rings that I did not request to return as they were fine. I have attempted to call Amazon numerous times without reaching anyone, and I have tried to email them to correct the mistake without success. I only need a refund for the oil filter, not the swivel rings.

I received a damaged base for my gaming chair, where the metal pole and wheels attach. The seller offered only £5.99 refund for the £[redacted].99 chair. I want to return a crossbody handbag that I hadn't used right away but started using during my holiday two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the lining pulled away within a day. Despite calling on Monday to request a return label, I have yet to receive one. I am quite unhappy with the product and frustrated by the challenge of speaking with a live person. I reside in a block of flats. Upon the delivery driver's arrival, I buzzed him in through the intercom system. However, it seems that he may have left the package on the ground floor instead of bringing it up to the 3rd floor where I reside. When I later went to retrieve my package, it was nowhere to be found. With 40 flats in the building, leaving packages downstairs is impractical and lazy. I paid £40 for that package and I am seeking a full refund.

I recently purchased earphones from Amazon Prime, but when I opened the package at my local Coop garage, I found an old children's book with missing pages instead of the earphones I ordered. Upon contacting Amazon, I was instructed to return the package. However, I received an email yesterday stating that if the earphones are not returned, I will be charged again, and the refunded amount will be taken from my account. My son surprised me with an Amazon gift voucher worth £30 for Mother's Day. He texted me a picture of the voucher.
