Hello, I'm Graham Morgan residing at [redacted] rue Lajeunesse, Rawdon J0K 1S0. I received a misdelivered package from Intelcom on Sunday, thinking it was from Amazon. The actual recipient is Mme Annie Coderre at [redacted] rue Lajeunesse. I contacted Intelcom twice to return the package, but it hasn't been picked up yet. Dear Amazon Customer Service, I'm writing to bring to your attention the concerning behavior of one of your delivery drivers in my area, which has resulted in damage to my property on multiple occasions. I have already filed a complaint with Amazon after the first incident, which is on record. My neighbor witnessed a second incident where the driver threw two of my orders onto my driveway from the delivery van. Additionally, a previous delivery was left on the pathway in the rain, causing the box to become waterlogged overnight. I am considering ceasing my orders from Amazon.ca and sharing my experience on social media if this matter is not addressed promptly. I am being offered a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime with options for free one-day delivery or various shipping fees depending on the delivery date selected. I have received multiple packages from Amazon Canada through BNI (Bonshaw) for delivery to Creston BC. While they have been efficient, they have never actually delivered to my home, instead leaving them at a central pickup spot. Although I have coped with this arrangement, it was without any notice when BNI relocated the pick-up point to a place twice as far away. This change means I now have to drive 60 kilometers round trip to collect my current package, which is inconvenient, especially given my age of 82. I have tried contacting BNI in New Brunswick but have encountered communication issues. I'd like to explore using UPS or Canada Post for deliveries, or at least ensure BNI performs direct deliveries to improve the service. I believe rural areas like mine should not be overlooked in terms of service quality. I hope a solution can be found soon. Thank you, Al Stewart

I recently received an order unexpectedly early, without any notification or delivery confirmation. Even though the instructions indicated the package would be left on the porch, it was actually placed in a location not visible from the front door, contrary to what the delivery person claimed. Unfortunately, I only realized the package had arrived when I went outside at 5:30pm on Saturday. Living on a main street, having the item exposed and visible to passersby was disappointing to me.

I have been a Prime customer for a year now and had Men’s Depends on auto delivery for 64 pieces monthly. Recently, I received an email stating my new order would be $83.56, almost $30 more. Disheartened, I canceled and found Amazon offering them for $62 for 64 pieces. I placed an order for [redacted] pieces at $[redacted].92. I feel disappointed by Amazon's pricing and lack of loyalty towards customers. I learned to compare prices with other vendors before ordering from Amazon in the future. Loyalty, unfortunately, seems to be one-sided with Amazon. Best, D. F.

I placed an order last week for 16-19 items. One item has been shipped and paid for, but the rest of my order is on hold. I received an email asking for more information, which I've already provided multiple times. This has been going on for about a week now, and I can't access my Amazon account due to this issue. I recently returned an item (Order #: [redacted]-[redacted]) purchased in [redacted]. Upon arrival, the box was badly damaged. After speaking with an Amazon representative, I agreed to keep the air fryer with the understanding that if any issues arose, I could contact Amazon for assistance. Now, the keypad has stopped working. Despite being assured by an Amazon agent that a refund would be issued to my Visa card on file, it was mistakenly refunded to a MasterCard that I no longer possess due to bankruptcy. I was informed on Nov 20 that the refund would be processed by Nov 23, but as of now, it has not been received. If Amazon is unable to refund the amount, please arrange to have the air fryer returned to the depot at [redacted] Ferguson Road, Richmond BC V0Y 2A2. I will explore repair options for the item. I recently received my Amazon order number [redacted] – [redacted], which was an AOL CQ32G2S 32-inch Monitor. The monitor arrived in good packaging condition, but upon opening it, I noticed that the bezel was damaged at the lower left-hand corner, indicating a manufacturing defect. I have taken photos of the damage for your reference. Despite the issue with the bezel, the monitor functions properly without any other issues. While I intend to keep the monitor, I believe it would be fair for the manufacturer to provide me with a discount as compensation for the defect. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently received an email notifying me that my Amazon account has been put on hold due to unusual payment activity. The email instructed me to sign in and provide my personal details such as name, billing address, and credit card information. Despite following these instructions and uploading the required screenshot, I received another email stating my account is still on hold. When I tried to resolve the issue on the Amazon page, it prompted me to check my email for further instructions, which repeated the same login process. Hello, I contacted two days ago regarding an order that was misplaced and sent to the wrong address. Unfortunately, it seems to have happened again, where a package was marked as delivered and signed for by someone using my name, despite me not receiving it. These are Christmas gifts and I have been experiencing issues since moving. As a loyal Amazon customer, I am hoping we can resolve this matter promptly.

I have noticed that Amazon is billing me for the Amazon Prime fee, although I am not a Prime member. When I try to manage my membership to cancel any charges, it prompts me to start a free trial instead. Despite not having a Prime subscription, I see charges on my bank statement. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges already debited from my card and a cancellation of any further charges for a service I do not use.

I'm having an issue with a recently delivered package. According to the tracking details, it was delivered by UPS on November 25th. However, my daughter did not receive it, and we were unable to locate it at any nearby postal offices. There was no delivery card left, and no picture was taken to confirm its delivery. I am frustrated with Amazon drivers. They often do not follow delivery instructions. Recently, a driver banged on my door, ignoring the note I left. Despite my request to only text upon arrival due to a broken buzzer, the driver refused. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. It's essential that Amazon addresses these recurring issues with their delivery staff promptly. As a resident of Forest Lawn, Calgary, I urge Amazon to hire new drivers who can pay attention to customer instructions. If this problem persists, I may have to stop using Amazon altogether.

Hello, I placed a prime order as a baker due to running out of boxes. I chose the fastest delivery option, expecting it by December 1st. However, I only received part of my order, and the essential boxes are missing, now showing a delivery date of December 7th. I relied on the two-day delivery promise because I have a big order to fulfill for customers tomorrow. I am extremely upset and concerned about this delay, especially since I have a pressing need for the boxes. I need a solution to receive at least some of the boxes by tomorrow, even if it's a partial delivery of around 30 pieces.

I received the wrong item. While returning items is usually not an issue for me, this time it's different. The product, which is heavier than the one I ordered, was delivered by Purolator (I believe Canada Post). To return it, I would need to take it to Canada Post or UPS. I'm hoping to arrange for someone to pick it up from my home instead. Thank you.

I ordered a January birthstone charm for my Pandora bracelet twice, but I never received either one. I reached out to Amazon regarding the first missing charm, and they refunded me, suggesting I reorder it. After placing the second order, it was supposed to arrive by November 30th but has not. Amazon sent an email stating if it hadn't arrived by December 2nd, I would be refunded. This was a gift, and I am displeased that it required two orders without receiving the item. Please refund the money for the charm. I do not wish to attempt a third order if it may not arrive. Thank you.

I purchased two pillar candles on November 18th expecting them to be red, as advertised. They arrived today, December 3rd, but they are not pillars; they are slightly bigger than votives. Furthermore, they are not even red; they have more of a purple-pink shade. I had planned to use them for my Christmas centerpiece, but they do not look festive at all. As a loyal customer, I am incredibly disappointed and upset. I am requesting a refund and I believe I should not have to pay for the return shipping.
