Altice Mobile Customer Service Issues

I am trying to help my mom reinstate the service on her Altice mobile phone after losing the debit card that was linked to the account. Despite reaching out for assistance, the customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and insisted on a password my mom couldn't remember due to memory issues. They refused to accept a new payment without the password and claimed there was no option to speak with a supervisor, which I find hard to believe. I manage all her other accounts with Suddenlink and find it perplexing that they wouldn't want to reactivate the phone by taking a payment. I have recently moved and cancelled my Optimum internet and TV service. They deactivated my email associated with them. I would like to link my email to my Altice account since they are the same company. However, I am unsure about my Altice account number.
