I purchased an All Clad 12x20 griddle from Williams Sonoma in Dallas, TX. Shortly after, I noticed black spots that do not come off with washing, even though I have only used it for cooking tortillas and pancakes. Williams Sonoma is unable to assist since it has been over ninety days since the purchase. I would appreciate any advice on removing the spots or instructions on how to exchange it for a new one. Hello, I'm inquiring about a refund for the "All-Clad D3 Compact Stainless Steel Dishwasher Safe Cookware Set, 10-Piece, Silver" that I ordered from Amazon (order# [redacted]-[redacted]). I returned the package due to defects and confirmed Amazon received it. Despite this, I have not received my refund. I returned the item within the return window (Feb 1, [redacted]) and Amazon acknowledged receiving it on Jan 6, [redacted]. I contacted Amazon Customer Service multiple times but was told not all items were received, which I dispute as I returned everything I received. Amazon refused my refund, claiming missing items without specifying them. After a frustrating exchange, they informed me my package was discarded and the return window expired. I feel unfairly billed for items I returned. Amazon directed me to contact All-Clad, but I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my payment. Thank you.

Nine years ago, I purchased an All-Clad slow cooker from William Sonoma. Shortly after buying it, the base started to flake. When I contacted customer service, their response was unsatisfactory as they stated it was out of warranty. The representatives were argumentative and unhelpful. I believe it's unreasonable to warranty the electrical components but not the base of the cooking pot. I own other All-Clad cookware and have had a poor experience with customer service. I requested a replacement for the cooking pot, not the entire cooker, but was told it would cost around $[redacted]. I disagree with this and find it unacceptable. I have pictures of the poor condition of the base and am disappointed with the way this issue has been handled.
