I had to cancel a trip due to health reasons. Fortunately, a supervisor named Alexee assisted me in allowing my friend to take the trip to Waco using my companion fare. I was provided with this reference number #[redacted][redacted] to use when making reservations over the phone. My name is Kim Ekstrom, and my plan number was [redacted]92, but I am unable to locate it now. Can anyone offer assistance?

I recently booked a flight from Boise, Idaho to Chicago using reward miles for my wife and myself to attend two funerals in Chicago. We utilized [redacted],[redacted] reward points for the trip, flying first class from Boise to San Francisco and then on to Chicago on March 17, [redacted]. On flight [redacted] from SFO to ORD, I discovered a bug in my salad, which I promptly reported to the stewardess who escalated the issue to corporate. Although my wife declined a meal after witnessing this incident, Alaska Guest Care compensated me with [redacted] reward miles and a $50 voucher for future flights. As this was our first time flying first class and given the substantial number of reward miles used, I feel additional compensation may be warranted. A representative advised me to reach out to post-flight compensation, but I've been unable to connect via phone due to long wait times. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I recently joined the Alaska Mileage Plan after being informed about it. Over the years, my mother and I have flown multiple times between Frankfurt and Cancun with CONDOR, your partner airline. We flew Premium Economy from Frankfurt to Cancun and Business Class from Cancun to Frankfurt. I wanted to inquire if it's possible to retroactively register some of those flights and how far back can I do so. This would greatly assist me as a person with a disability and might give me the opportunity to upgrade future flights to Cancun. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
