Subject: Billing Address Change Request
Dear Sir/Madam,
I refrained from picking up calls due to the rise in fraudulent activities and the guidelines provided by banks and the Government of India emphasizing not to share OTPs. For authentication purposes, I urge you to contact me via email or phone before attempting to connect again.
Despite multiple attempts over the course of three months to connect with Airtel customer care and through email, I have faced unresponsiveness from Airtel. This compelled me to contemplate switching providers or discontinuing service, causing me to miss out on telephone bill reimbursement for the last five months. If this is the level of service experienced by serving Army Officers, I will escalate the matter to the Ministry of Defence and various Army offices to consider blacklisting Airtel SIM Cards at Army Cantts.
Furthermore, I have highlighted in my previous three emails that there is no Airtel Store in Uttarakhand, Pithoragarh. The Airtel shopkeepers in Pithoragarh refused to assist with changing the billing address. If such negligence persists in handling simple official requests, I will pursue legal action against Airtel for the failure to update the billing address, which I will publicize on various social media platforms. This email serves as a legal notice.

Hello Airtel team, I am currently facing a significant issue. Even though I haven't used 50% of my data for the day, as soon as I turn on my Hotspot, my data is being fully consumed immediately. This is the worst experience I have encountered. I have been a loyal Airtel customer for many years and I don't want to switch to another provider. I urgently need this problem fixed as I have missed important tasks due to this issue. It's very unprofessional and concerning that just activating my Hotspot would deplete my data to [redacted]% instantly. I hope you can understand the urgency and resolve this issue promptly.

I applied for a connection and made a payment of Rs [redacted] on September 25, 20. The transaction ID is [redacted]05. The address is [redacted] Tirumala Greens, Nipaniya Indore. The applicant's name is Nitish Mehta and his brother is Utsav Mehta. The number is [redacted].
Despite the Airtel website stating that the connection would be set up within 48 hours, it has been a week now, and we are still waiting. Interestingly, my cousin who applied for Jio Fiber got connected in less than 48 hours.
We trusted Airtel and chose them, but the delay in providing the service has been disappointing. Every individual we have spoken to at Airtel over the past week has not been proactive in resolving the issue, which is frustrating.
I have spoken with several Airtel team members, including Bhola Sisodiya, Shanwaz Quereshi, Ashish Shinde, and Piyush, but no progress has been made. They mentioned that they lack the necessary equipment which costs [redacted],[redacted], causing delays.
I hope Airtel can rectify this situation promptly; otherwise, I may need to explore other options.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from your company. Yesterday, on the 19th of October, [redacted], my account was unexpectedly credited with the amount of #[redacted].00 without my approval. Prior to this, my account had a balance of over #[redacted].00. After making a few phone calls and attempting to subscribe to my monthly data plan, I was surprised to find out this morning that my account balance had been depleted entirely.
In my attempt to resolve this issue, I called your customer service center and was advised to contact [redacted]1 to speak with your agents. However, after waiting for more than 20 minutes on the line without any response, I was charged approximately #30.00 for the call.
As a loyal customer of Airtel Nigeria Network for nearly 18 years, I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I have received. I am requesting a refund for the unsolicited #[redacted].00 credit and clarification on why my 30-day data subscription was reduced to only 21 days without any explanation.

I accidentally renewed my Amazon Prime subscription separately on 12th October instead of using the Airtel option that includes it for Rs.[redacted]. Consequently, when I saw the Rs.[redacted] charge on my Airtel postpaid bill for October for Amazon Prime, I asked for it to be removed since I had already paid for it. However, the customer service representative not only removed the charge but also canceled my existing Prime subscription. I am requesting for my Amazon Prime account to be restored.

Hello, my name is Shajid. I recently switched from Jio to Airtel using mobile number portability (MNP). The Airtel agent assisted me with the process, but they did not take an alternate number for tele-verification. As a result, my Jio network is no longer available, and I cannot activate the Airtel SIM to make calls. Being far from the agent's location makes it challenging for me to retrieve the OTP needed for activation. I am disappointed with this service experience and would like to file a complaint.

My mother uses an Airtel connection and has been in Canada for about a year due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, her account was deactivated on October 15th due to inactivity. She is currently in Delhi, trying to reactivate her account, but the store in our home country mentioned they can't do it without her physical presence. Hello, I recharged my phone number [redacted] for Rs.[redacted] last night at 9:50 PM via Amazon with transaction reference number [redacted]28. The recharge was for a 28-day validity to renew the plan that was expiring. I got confirmation SMS from AirTel and Amazon. However, during my flight this morning, I experienced "No Service" until the evening despite the recharge. To resolve the issue, I added Rs.49 for Talktime, and the service resumed. We enjoyed the excellent network coverage with Airtel, but after switching to Idea and Jio, we have faced disappointing service. The connectivity that Airtel provided in my village was reliable for activities like education and working from home. Students are currently struggling with network issues. We miss Airtel immensely and are unsure why the decision was made to discontinue service in our village. We hope that this matter will be addressed promptly.

I recently purchased a new broadband line, which was set up last week. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it due to a router issue. I do not have the router password, only the default one. Despite making several complaints to customer service, they assured me that someone would come to our office to address the problem. However, it has been 3-4 days since our initial complaint, and no one has arrived yet. I am disappointed with the level of customer service I have received in this situation.

I recently switched my mobile number to Airtel, with the number [redacted], from Vi back in October. I paid the last pending bill from Vi on 2nd December. However, I keep receiving daily messages from Airtel asking for the payment that has already been settled. This is frustrating as it is leading to threats of service disconnection.
