I have been using an Airtel dongle with my Vivo phone and also have an Airtel number in my iPhone 11 Pro, but the internet services are subpar. Despite several complaints made through the Airtel app and helpline number, I have not received a response from the provider. I am paying Rs. 50 daily for my dongle, and my mobile recharge expenses are separate. Instead of addressing my issue, they are shifting the blame onto me for not having an upgraded 4G handset. I want to confirm if the iPhone 11 Pro and Vivo phones are not 4G compatible. I have been dealing with this for the past two and a half months, and I am considering lodging a complaint in the consumer court against them.

I am Harshal Wagh from Jalgaon. I have used the broadband WiFi service for 6-7 months. Recently, I requested to shift my connection to a new city and paid Rs. [redacted] for the process. However, I was later informed that the new address was not serviceable. Despite assurances of a refund within 14 working days, 1.5 months have passed, and I am still waiting. I apologize for the inconvenience. I purchased an international roaming plan for 2,[redacted] rupees valid for [redacted] days before coming to the USA for my masters. My SIM card was functioning correctly until the second week of September, however, since then it has stopped receiving any signal. I have already tried using a different phone to rule out a device issue, but the problem persists. I am currently unable to make or receive calls, messages, or receive OTPs. My Airtel SIM card is not detecting the Airtel network on my phone. I'm not sure why this is happening. I haven't removed the SIM card or dropped my phone. I would like to request a reversal of a transaction. On 19/10/[redacted] around 4:00 pm, I transferred Kshs [redacted] to a business contact through the Airtel money platform. The transfer was intended for the recipient's Mpesa number. Although I followed all the necessary steps, I encountered an error message towards the end mentioning a Third Party failure. I did not receive a confirmation of a successful transaction, and the money was not received by the intended recipient. Hello,
I reside in Lalpur village where an Airtel tower was installed a few years ago. Initially, the speed and signal were excellent, leading the entire village to switch to Airtel. However, for the past year, there has been no backup power for the Airtel tower. Whenever there is a power outage, all Airtel services, including internet and calling, cease abruptly.
As someone working in the IT sector, I have been working from my village during the pandemic and relied on Airtel services. I had purchased three Airtel connections, but now the situation has worsened. The internet stops working with every power fluctuation.
This inconsistency feels like a betrayal to the village residents. If this issue is not resolved, I urge Airtel to discontinue its services in this area.

I am having trouble using iMessages and FaceTime on my iPhone with this carrier. I reached out to Apple support, and they advised me to contact my carrier to inquire about any potential blocks or issues associated with my phone number. I have been trying to address the issue with the non-functioning landline and internet at my mother's residence in Besant Nagar, Chennai, for the past week. Despite receiving messages indicating that a technician would arrive, no one has shown up yet, and this prolonged lack of service is highly disappointing. I regret prepaying for six months of service as I am unable to cancel my subscription now, leaving me feeling taken advantage of in this situation.
