I have already contacted customer care, who advised me to visit the nearest service center. My wife has already visited the center, submitted all necessary documents, and paid for a sim card swap, but the sim card is still not working. I recharged my Airtel prepaid number, [redacted], on April 28, [redacted]. The first recharge was unsuccessful, so I made another payment for the same amount on the same date. I contacted customer care and was told that the extra charged money would be refunded within 10 days, but I have not received it yet. The issue happened again on May 25 when I recharged for Rs.[redacted] each time, but the recharge was not successful, and the money was debited from my account. I am now owed a total of Rs.[redacted]. I hope the necessary steps will be taken to credit the amount back to me soon.

I have a query about my Airtel SIM with the number [redacted]. This prepaid Airtel SIM has been in use for many years and was registered under the name of my late grandfather, Dr. Subhash Chandra Jain, who passed away two years ago. Recently, my grandmother has been using it. A few days ago, the SIM suddenly stopped working due to corruption. I visited the nearest Airtel store, and they informed me that the only solution is to switch to a postpaid connection for the same number or get a new SIM with a new number since the registered person is not available for verification. However, as this number is linked to various bank accounts and official documents, I would like to keep the same number with a prepaid Airtel connection instead of switching to postpaid. Hello, my name is Shaik Suleman from Vizag. I have an issue with my Airtel premium account. About 5 years ago, some Airtel representatives visited my village and convinced me to open a free account without any charges. I provided them with my Aadhar, PAN, and phone number, and they opened the account. Recently, the government scheme Amma Vodi required a savings account linked to this, which I believe is my Airtel account. However, I lost my phone 3 years ago and changed my number, but the Airtel account is still linked to my old number. I went to the Airtel office, but they said they couldn't open it without the account number. I need help accessing the amount in this account. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

The internet speed in my area has been slow for the past two years. Each time I report the issue, they promise to resolve it, but it never gets fixed. I feel like my money spent on recharges is being wasted. Despite my attempts to boost the speed, it remains consistently slow at around 0.2kb/s, making browsing and streaming impossible. This problem occurs regardless of the time or location. I am frustrated and considering switching providers if this matter isn't addressed promptly.

I'm looking to convert my physical prepaid SIM to eSIM. I've updated my email address, verified it, and confirmed that it reflects correctly on the Airtel app profile and their database through a chat with their chatbot. Despite this, when I try to start the eSIM process, I'm told that my email is not registered. I'm having trouble finding assistance to resolve this technical issue and facilitate the activation of my eSIM.

I would like to report that I submitted a complaint with Ticket ID -[redacted]3 on Saturday at 1 pm. As of now, no one from Airtel has reached out or visited to address the issue. Despite multiple calls to Airtel customer service, they have only assured us that an engineer would contact me within 4 working hours since Saturday, without disclosing who is handling my complaint. Is this the level of service Airtel offers to its customers? I urge you to investigate this matter promptly.

I am Pradosh M. from Bhubaneswar. Following the suggestion of Mr. Sangram and Mr. Divya, I deposited Rs4000.00 online to Airtel for a cable connection on approximately June 20, [redacted]. On June 24, [redacted], Mr. Divya informed me that my application for the cable connection was canceled for reasons known to them and the company. Mr. Divya assured me that they would refund the Rs4000.00 within one week. Currently, they have not refunded the money or responded to my calls. I have notified them that if the money is not returned by July 25, [redacted], I will file a report with the police against both of them and Airtel for these actions.

Dear Sir, My number has been inactive for the past 10 days. I visited the Airtel office in front of Ganga Plaza in Meerut last Thursday. They asked me to pay ₹50 and said my prepaid number would be active by Monday. When I called on Monday, their staff rudely made excuses. Today, I called again, and they told me to get it activated from another store as their store is closing. Please, Sir, kindly activate my number. Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues with using the internet on my mobile phone with an Airtel SIM. Despite having good signal strength, I am not able to access 4G or VoLTE. I switched from VI to Airtel around September 12th and since then, I haven't been able to use the internet or make calls successfully. I do not even see the E (edge) symbol on my phone, let alone G, 3G, or 4G. Even calling customer care is challenging as the IVR system only has automated responses and does not connect me to a live Airtel Customer Care representative.

Hello, I am currently using an Airtel eSIM on my iPhone, and I am planning to upgrade to the new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I am currently working in Seychelles, and a friend from India will be purchasing the new phone for me. I have recently applied for an Airtel Xstream fibre connection at my home and paid INR [redacted] for installation plus a 5-month plan. It's been almost four days since I paid on Wednesday, and there has been no installation. I have been trying to contact Airtel's technicians and the installation in-charge, Mr. Vikas Tiwari, at [redacted], but no one is responding. I was promised installation today, but there has been no progress. The lack of response from Airtel is disappointing, and I am regretting choosing their service.
