Airtel Ghana Customer Service Issues

Earlier this year, I reached out to customer service after learning about checking the number of Sims linked to our ID cards via *[redacted]*1#. I discovered two numbers were registered to me inaccurately. Subsequently, I contacted customer support to rectify this issue and was advised to visit the AirtelTigo office in Cape Coast. Despite traveling from Assin Fosu to Cape Coast, the unauthorized numbers [redacted] and [redacted] are still associated with my ID. Consequently, I have been facing challenges registering new Sims due to surpassing the allowed limit. I kindly request the removal of these erroneous numbers from my record.
