Hello, I am wondering if Airlink operates flights from Johannesburg to Swaziland. Also, I am curious about their policy on passengers carrying firearms. A customer of mine recently bought a firearm and wants to transport it once he receives his export permit. Typically, we entrust the firearm to SAPS, who coordinate its transportation on the same flight as the passenger. Upon arrival, the firearm is handed over to customs or the police to ensure proper clearance.

I need to arrange the following services:
I need assistance for passenger J.M. who is a WCH type. He requires help as he cannot climb stairs, walk, or stand unaided. The staff should be able to carry him up and down the plane stairs and assist him to his seat in the cabin. A wheelchair should be provided from check-in until baggage reclaim.
Flight VE8RF (Airlink locator VE8RF) has two segments: JNB-VNX on 12/04/[redacted] at 11:35 and VNX-JNB on 16/04/[redacted] at 13:45.
We are unsure whether the correct code is WCHC, WCHR, WCHR, or a combination for this particular case, but the assistance is crucial for the passenger to travel smoothly. We must avoid a recurrence of the incident on flight J4PVF7 between JNB and MUB on 05/04/[redacted].

Good morning,
I urgently received notification from Kenya Airways about a delay in my flight from Madagascar to Nairobi, affecting my connection to Johannesburg. Kenya Airways has rescheduled my flight to Johannesburg to the morning of September 6th, conflicting with my Airlink Flight 4Z861 to Skukuza departing at 10:05.
My confirmation number is 6BY63S. I need to know if I can transfer to a later Skukuza flight on the 6th.

I have a cardboard tube with artwork from Africa that didn't arrive with my luggage at the airport. The luggage tags are not readable, so I am unable to track it. I need someone to assist with the return of the artwork. The large bag was successfully delivered to IAH airport, but the tube containing the artwork is missing. It has my name, address, and contact details written on it. There is also a baggage handling slip attached to it.
